"Walk normally Lia, you look like a lost duck", Ryujin whispered out of the corner of her mouth
Lia shot back, "Rude, let's just hurry up and try to find out where that machine is"
Yuna asked, "Yeji unnie you good?"
Yeji nodded, "Okay so far"
Chaeryeong turned on her coms, "I'm still scouting out the basic complex"
Yuna, "I need to head to the control room so keep safe you idiots"
Yuna checked the large map stuck onto the wall in the lobby. She walked over to the elevators and waited. She entered a now empty lift and pressed 21st floor.

Meanwhile, Lia had walked over to the bathroom and entered one of the stalls. She waited for Yeji's signal. Yeji had walked over to the electricity room beside the info booth. She spoke into her comms, "Yuna, tell us when you're out of the elevator. Chaeryeong and Ryujin where are you now?"
Chaeryeong climbed up the stairs, "Well, I'm on the 5th floor now. I'll see what is on this floor"

Ryujin replied, "I spotted the chairman, the man is so loud. Anyway, we need to get into our positions soon"
Yuna stepped out of the elevator and murmured into her earpiece, "Turn it off now Yeji"
Yeji counted down, "Three, two, one" she pulled down the lever and the whole building blacked out

Everyone heard shouts of panic while Lia walked out of the stall and climbed up onto the counter. She looked into the ceiling and spotted a vent. She crouched down and pulled out her grappling hook out of her pants leg. She aimed towards the vent and hit it making the cover move aside and hook on the inside of it. Lia retracted her device which pulled her up and landed her safely.

She waved her hand in front of her face as she placed the cover back in its place. She waited for one of the girls to update about their positions. Yuna spoke, "I found the control room, I might make a mess"
Ryujin replied as she pretended to look for her phone to use as a flashlight, "For fuck's sake Yuna, don't use your weapons. Your feet and fists are good enough. You got your mask?"
Chaeryeong agreed, "You shouldn't, this is our independent mission. We won't get people to clean up after us"

Yeji cursed, "Shit, uh I got a problem. Someone's in the power room, I thought I locked it up"
Lia started crawling in the tiny passageway, "Where was it again?"
Yeji rolled behind a large case of tools, "It should be right behind the bathroom"
Lia moved towards the nearest opening and carefully lifted up the lid. She spotted Yeji, "Oi Yeji, up here"

Yeji looked up and sighed in relief, she raised her hand up which Lia grabbed ahold of. Lia secured herself to the ventilation duct. She whispered, "Damn unnie, did you gain weight or something"
Yeji smacked her arm, "Did you get weaker?"

Yeji was almost fully in the vent when the two heard heavy footsteps, "Hello? Is anyone there, I heard talking earlier"
Lia and Yeji caught eyes with each other as they hurriedly settled into the vent. Lia carefully picked up the cover and quietly put it back in place. The two oldest held their breath as Lia let go of it which created a small clang. They both backed away from the opening and didn't move. The man looked up and hummed, "That's odd"

At that moment the lights were turned on again and the man left the room. Lia hit Yeji, "You could've gotten us caught"
Yeji glared back at her and asked, "Yuna are you done?"
The youngest nodded, "Pretty much, they're all tied up. Ok well I got my gloves, I'll turn off everything. Chaeryoung and Ryujin unnie are you okay?"

Ryujin moved towards a quiet common area, "Girls, I think the room that the machine is in is the chairman's room"
Yuna stopped typing, "How do you know?"
"I stayed in front of his office door ever since the lights went off. No one went out but when I looked back in he was gone"
Chaeryeong looked around the corner of the hallway, "Well? Where did he go?"
Lia smacked her forehead, "Of course it's going to make it more difficult if he disappears"
Chaeryeong gasped and quickly rushed out her words, "I'll turn off my comms for a while, just a second"
