I NEVER THOUGHT I'd be bored to the point I'd willingly let some dumb bitch yap in my ear about shit I don't give a fuck about.

I stare out the window of the classroom, ignoring the useless shit that comes from the teacher's mouth and the girl's mouth as nothing and everything swarms my mind at the same time.

It's been too fucking long but the bell finally rings and I instantly pack up my stuff as the teacher hopelessly yells out the work due for next lesson to the eager mob of students leaving the room.

I walk out of the class and into the disgusting crowd of AIDS infected rats. I genuinely feel the need to shower in disinfectant every time I walk into a crowd in this hell hole. Seconds later, I hear my name being yelled from down the hall.

Without turning around, I already know who it is. Miles and Mac charge at me and I step out of the way so they don't touch me when they stop next to me.

"We just had the best science lesson ever," Mac says with a cheeky grin on his face.

Translation: I blew something up.

"What did you blow up?" I sigh.

"A fucking gas tap and shattered two beakers." Another voice speaks from behind us.

I turn to see Valentina standing behind us with her bag over her shoulder and a slight smile caressing her lips.

That's a first.

"How the fuck did that happen?" I ask disappointed but not surprised.

Im not surprised because one time he turned on the gas tap and held a lit match in front of it and scorched the bench behind us. And the guy behind the bench's eyebrows off.

"Why don't you do the honours, Valentina?" Miles asks with a grin.

"He turned on the gas tap after putting the tube on it and covered the other end and it ended up exploding and shattering the beakers on our bench." Valentina summarises while staring at Mac as the small smile grows a tiny bit. I swear to god, that dumbass has a serious issue with gas taps.

But I don't think I've ever heard her say that much before and I'm a bit surprised.

"Well you're a genius, aren't you?" I say sarcastically.

"What can I say? You expect a school to stop me from loving fire and explosions? I don't think so." Mac says with the cheeky grin still spread proudly across his face.

He moves to put an arm over Valentina's shoulder but she shoves it away before it could even get halfway.

She gives him a look and he rolls his eyes but puts his arm back down without another word. She then glares at him and he makes a face back at her to which she rolls her eyes yet again. Weird.
