AFTER CLASS, A girl comes up to me.

"Hi," she says shyly. I look at her, then look back to where I was walking. She has vibrant red hair and bright emerald eyes that would have looked intimidating on anyone else, but on her, they just look innocent.

"Hi," I mumble, not really paying attention to her.

"Um, I heard you playing the piano earlier in class, and I just wanted to say you were really good."

I nod my head and respond with 'thanks' trying not to seem too mean. I can tell she's trying to find something else to say, but can't. "Well, um, I'll see you tomorrow, in class. Uh, bye."

I feel a little bad, but I shake it off.

I shake it off, I shake it off, woo-hoo-hoo.

Taylor Swift was my childhood.

"Bye." She walks off to Clemonte and I make my way to Lexington. When I reach my dorm, I unlock the door and set my bag on the floor at the foot of my bed. Luca isn't in the dorm when I arrive, so I take off my uniform and change into something comfier.

I grab a shirt and put my hands through the sleeves and just as I start to lift onto my head, the door opens and my eyes widen.

I whip around and see Luca staring at me from the doorway.

My whole body burns from his stare and I'm suddenly very aware, and for some reason nervous, of my scars. I feel invisible and like he can see through me and I don't like it. At fucking all.

After like three seconds of us just staring at each other I snap out of my fucking glitch and yell, "Turn around you idiot! Fucking hell!"

Luca shuts the door immediately and I almost pass out.

I begin to pass out. Then my head hit the wall. Boom!

That would be embarrassing.

I think I'm glitching. I might need a reboot. I did almost walk into a wall on my way to lunch. Yeah, I need a reboot.

I turn back around and throw on the rest of the shirt. I take a deep breath to calm my racing heart down and open the door for him to come in.

"Do you not know what knocking is?" I mumble and take out my laptop from my bag and connect it to the charger, then sit on my bed.

"How am I supposed to know that you were in here?" He huffs and I shrug.

"Knock anyway."

Luca rolls his eyes and I open my laptop, continuing the show I was watching last night instead of sleeping.

We sit in silence for a bit, but It's quickly ruined when the door bursts open and two guys march in, one beaming as bright as ever and the other as blank as a rock.
