You stood in the doorway for a second, then confidently made your way over to the bleachers. Most of the members kept practicing their serves, but a certain blond player lost concentration.

"S-she's here!" He thought to himself, staring at your shiny (h/c) hair and alluring frame. He had not realized how pretty you actually were until now.

"Careful 'Tsumu, don't get distracted." Aran joked while smacking Atsumu's back.

"I NEVER get distracted, thank you." Atsumu gasped with an offended look on his face.

"Sure, that's why you need the gym to be completely SILENT when you serve." Osamu commented, making Suna chuckle.

Kita made his way over to meet you.

"Hello (y/n), I hope your first day went well." Kita bowed with a small smile.

"It was eventful to say the least." You chuckled through an awkward smile.

"We're warming up at the moment. Coach hasn't arrived yet. I'm sure he'll give us further instructions when he gets here." Kita explained as he picked up a volleyball. "But for now I'm going to keep practicing."

Kita made his way back to the court and hit the ball over the net. You took a seat and waited for Coach to arrive.

"I'll find him after practice and then explain everything." You thought to yourself. He was sure to understand if you explained the situation.

"Good afternoon everyone." Coach Kurosu greeted as he stared at a clip board. He walked over to where you were sitting and smiled.

"Glad you could make it Miss (l/n)."

The team stopped warming up and made their way over to the two of you.

"Today is (y/n)'s first day on the job, so make sure to welcome her." The coach said with a warm smile. "She'll be useful to us this season, so don't be afraid to ask her for help. With that, let's begin practicing."

The coach motioned towards the court, the team immediately following his directions.

"Oh, (y/n)." The coach turned to you. "Would you mind filling up the water bottles? That will be your first task for every practice."

"No problem." You smiled as you walked over to the bottle filling station. It was in a small room with ice, medical supplies, and a few cots used for treating sport injuries. You grabbed the doorknob and pulled, but to your surprise, it would not open. You jiggled the handle a few times, finally getting it open with a hard yank.

"Hmm I should tell coach about that..." You thought to yourself as you put a stopper under the door.

You began by grabbing a crate of bottles, then took them over to the sink. As you swiftly did your chore, you began to once again ponder how you would apologize to the grey haired twin. You were only disrupted when you heard a slight "bump" on the table behind you.

You turned towards the sound to see a volleyball slowly rolling towards you. You picked up the ball, figuring one of the players hit it out of bounds.

"Can I have that back?" An unexcited voice asked with a sigh.

Standing in the doorway was the grey haired twin, which you couldn't remember his name.

"Oh, here." You said, throwing the ball to him.

"Thanks." Osamu breathed, pursing his lips.

"Hey, wait." You called to the twin before he could exit the room.

"Yes?" He sheepishly asked, slowly turning around.

"Is there any way I could talk to you after practice? Just really fast." You hesitantly asked, worried he would decline your proposal.

"I suppose." Osamu agreed, giving you a confused look.

"Thanks." You smiled as Osamu walked back to the court.

"Dammit is she gonna curse me out again?" Osamu thought to himself with an irritated look on his face.

"HEY 'SAMU WHAT TOO YA SO LONG!?!" The other twin called to him.

"SHUT UP I WASN'T EVEN GONE THAT LONG!" He yelled back.

After filling them, you carried the crate of bottles over to the team.

"5 minutes for a water break, then back on the court!" The coach yelled to the team.

You were given a small "thank you" after you passed each player a bottle.

As you passed Osamu a bottle, you gave him an especially large smile.

"Thank you?" The twin said as he hesitantly grabbed the bottle. A small blush crossed his face.

"What the-" His thoughts were interrupted when his twin pushed him out of the way trying to get a bottle.

"First she yells at me, then she smiles at me? Why was her smile that cute? Wait, no I'm supposed to be angry at her! Shit!" Osamu's thoughts were conflicting themselves. What he didn't realize was that he wasn't the only one this way.

"(y/n) thank you so much for this!" Atsumu took a giant swallow of his water. "DAMN this is the best water I've ever had! How did you do this (y/n)-chan!?!"

"Complements and stupid nicknames will not make her forgive you Atsumu. They also will not gain my approval back." Kita solemnly said, side eyeing Atsumu.

"Ugh, Kita please forgive me!" Atsumu begged, fake tears streaming down his eyes.

"Tell HER NOT ME!" Kita firmly pronounced, raising the tension in the room.

Atsumu slowly turned his head towards you.

"(Y/n), I'm sorry for my actions. Please forgive me." Atsumu moped as he kneeled on the floor.

The situation was awkward, but as the manager you knew you had to keep a professional face with the team. You took a deep breath and said, "I forgive you. It was an accident that you hit me with the ball. I'm the manager, so I don't want any tension between us."

Atsumu's face began to blush. He hugged your legs and began making excited noises. "Thank you (y/n)-chan! I promise I won't do it again!"

With a disgusted look on your face, you pushed the blond male off your legs. Picking up the crate of bottles, you muttered "But don't think we're friends because of this."

Osamu gave you a puzzled look. "Another surprise?" He thought to himself. "What happened to the immature brat that was screaming at me this morning?"
