The Wedding (Wonwoo)

Author's Pov.

"Babe, which one? Blue or black?"

"Hmmmm, maybe both?" (y/n) giggled after saying that.

"C'mon babe, I'm serious." Wonwoo said making an angry face jokingly. You guys were preparing to go to a friend's wedding and Wonwoo is the "Best Men" and he's deciding on what color ties he wanted to wear.

"I know you're serious, but you look good in both colors. How about letting the groom choose the color for you." You suggested. "Nah, I'll just go with the black. It match everything." He said while tossing the blue tie across the room. You shook your head smiling at his dorky-self.

"Shall we head out?" He ask holding out his hand for you, while you gladly accepted it.

At the wedding

"They're beautiful together." You whispered to your friend Yeri, who's sitting by you while the groom and bride make their vows.

"I cannot believe they're actually getting married when they've dated for only three months. Look at us." She looks at you and you both giggled.

You and Wonwoo had been dating for almost six years. Wonwoo always bring up marriage plans with you and wanted your inputs on it, but you try changing the subject most of the time. You were not ready yet and every time you two talk about it, it ends up with an argument.

After Party

"Babe, how'd I do? Wasn't my speech the best?" Wonwoo asked sitting down next to you.

"It was almost the best." You replied.

"Why??"

"If not because of the sobbing between the speech." You laughed. "I barely understood you."

"I just can't help it, my best friend got married before me." He pout and turned around to greet his other friends sitting around the table.

Your smile faded away thinking about you and Wonwoo's relationship. He turned back to you and saw that you weren't smiling.

"You okay, baby?" He ask.

"Huh?? Yeah, I'm fine." You gave him a slight smile and took a shot of tequila.

You thought you drank just a bit, but turned out, you got drunk. Good thing Wonwoo didn't drink, so he took care of you.

"Is she okay?" Vernon asked Wonwoo.

"I'm not sure dude, she's a little drunk today."

"A little?" S.Coups chuckled.

"Okay, I guess something is on her mind. She hasn't been drunk like this since....forever." Wonwoo replied keeping his eyes on you. "I think I'm going to take her home now. Congratulations Vernon. I'm so happy for you buddy." He hugged Vernon before heading your direction.

"Let's go babe." Wonwoo wrapped his arms around your waist while guiding you to the car. "Aren't you a drinker." He chuckled.

At Home

Wonwoo took you upstairs and set you down. While he was about to go grab your "drunky kit", you grabbed his arm making him turned to you.

"I'm going to take your makeup off babe, one moment." He said.

"No~ I have something to ask you." You drunkenly said.

"And what is that?"

"Are you going to break up with me-" you were cut off.

"Hold on! What?? Why- who- what??" He question.
"You didn't let me finish my question." You touched his lips. "Are you going to break up with me...if I don't marry you?"

"(y/n), it's okay if you're not ready. I'm going to wait until you're ready." He reassured you. You tear up a little.

"But aren't I wasting your time?"

"We're not wasting time, we're making memories together. Just the two of us." He said while gently caressing your cheeks.

"Let me go grab that makeup remover thing before I set you off to dreamland."

He removed your makeup and everything while you went unconscious.

In the Morning

You woke up with a hangover and didn't see Wonwoo by your side. You went downstairs and saw him cooking.
"Morning babe~" you greeted him with a peck on the cheek.

"Good morning my love." He replied.

"So...spill the tea." You told him.

"What??" He set a breakfast plate down in front of you.

"I don't remember anything from yesterday. Tell me what I said while drunk." You said while taking a bite of your sandwich.

"Ohh~ not much. You just said that you love me so much and that you wanted to marry me so bad" he smirked. You choked on that sandwich a bit while looking at him in disbelief.

"I- what??" You said while still coughing. He rushed over to your side and patted your back.

"I'm just kidding, babe." He laughed and sat down next to you.

"Wonwoo! I know I'll never do that." You crossed your arms.

"You said you're not ready yet." He slightly smile. You stared at him for a few seconds before giving him a hug.

"I'm sorry." You apologized.

"No~ there's no need for an apology. I'm currently happy with just us right now. I can wait all my life...just know that you're trapped with me forever. I love you." He hugged you tighter.

"I love you more, Wonwoo."

Hey guys! How are you all? You waited quite a few years for an update right? Sorry~ I'm in college now and my life had been hectic and stuff. I'm back with a short one-shot.
