Unspoken Words (Joshua)

My boyfriend and I have been dating since our high school years. We graduated from our college year and moved in together. We both are a person that doesn't really confessed our feelings much to each other. We don't usually do couples stuff. We don't usually say 'I love you' often. Now I'm making breakfast then a few minutes later I felt a pair of hands on my waist. He woke up already.
"Morning Babe~" he kissed me on the cheeks and had his chin on my shoulder.
"Good morning~ go wash up so we can eat" I said then kissed him on the cheeks too.
"Ok~ I'll be back" he said and then went upstairs. My phone vibrates on the table and I picked it up. It's from my parents. They were with Joshua's parent too.

A while later Joshua came back down.
"Joshua~"
"Yeah~?"
"Our...parents called."
"Really? For what?" He ask taking a bite of his waffles.
"They said that they're going to come here to visit us."
"What? Really?! That's good, we can spend some times with them"
"Yeah~ about that....they said they're here about a week now"
"Wow~ our parents are becoming a teenager again, huh?" He said.
"I know, let's go visit them at their hotels." I said.
"Sounds great~"

We are walking side by side. Our hands brush by eachother. The warm winds just hit our faces. We saw our parents taking pictures together so we snuck up behind them and tried to scare them.
"Boo!!" Me and Joshua both shouts.
"Oh my dear soul!!!" They all shout.
They turned around and hit us a few times.
"This two kid~ instead of hugging them, they want us to hit them instead." My dad said laughing.
"Yeah~ what will happen if we get a heart attack?!" Joshua's dad laughed. We then hugged each other one by one. We made a deal that the boys go together while the girls go together, then meet up at the lunch area.

Author's Pov.
The gentlemans went to look at boys stuff while the ladies  went to look at girls stuff.
Men's conversation~
"Now son-in-law~ when are you planning to marry my precious daughter?"
"Yeah son, when are you going to ask her to marry you?"
"I still haven't think about that yet....both....father~"
"You are getting older day by day so don't think too much."
"Yeah don't think too much or you'll get old like us." Joshua's father said.
"You guys are not old~"
"Yeah we're not old, we're just getting whiter hair day by day" your father said, which makes them all laugh.

Women's Conversation~
"When are you planning to have a grand kids for us, daughter-in-law?"
"Not yet~ we have a long time to think about that still."
"Daughter, can we ask you something?"
"Yeah sure, go ahead~"
"Do you two....usually do couples stuff?" Your mom ask.
"Um...not really, we're just not that kind of couple."
"Oh~" both mother said together and look at each other.

Back to your Pov.
We drove our parents back to their hotel to get their stuff so we can put it in our house. We opened our guests room for our parents. We ate dinner then have a little chitchat. Then went to bed. Me and Joshua usually sleeps late so we just sit on the bed and do our stuff. I played with my phone while he was with his computer. Then I thought about today when we were at the mall.
"Joshua?"
"Hmm~"
"Today, our mother asked me something weird." He puts his computer away and lay back on his pillow.
"Like what?"
"They asked me.....when I'm...going to have a grandkids for them. Isn't it weird how your parents ask you that instead of telling you something else like work harder?"
"It is weird. They know that we can think, that's why they are not like other parents." He said looking up at me while I put my phone down. I also lay down on my pillow facing him. He just stares at me.
"What is it?"
"Maybe we really are not like other couples."
"Yeah~ why? You don't like that?" I ask going to turn the other way but he stopped me and then pulled me to his chest.
"No no no, I love everything about our relationship."
"Me too~"
There was a moment of silent then I wanted him to know something so I said-
"I Love You~" we both said at the same time. He look down at me with a big smile while I did the same.
"I love you more~"
"I love you more more~" I said.
"I love you even if it's going to be a thousand, million, billion, trillion, or whatever comes next for years~"
"Ok you win, let's get some sleep, good night~" I said then kissed him on the cheeks as usual.
"Good night... My princess~" he said then kissed me on the lips instead of our usual things like the cheeks. He deepens the kiss by holding onto my head. I kissed back since I don't want him to feel like I don't like it. I wrapped my arms around his waist. He pulled back and our forehead touched.
"We better get used to that~" he said which makes me blush and hide in his chest.
"Be quite~ let's get some sleep now."
"Ok, good night again~"
"Night~"
