Minghao (The8) Part 2.

You guys walked side by side. You felt uncomfortable because you always feel like he was looking at you. When you look, he looked away.

Someone's puppy came up to you guys. You bend down and pat it. Minghao smiled looking at you and the puppy. He also bend down.

"Good doggy~ why are you so cute? Let's take a picture together." You took out your phone from your back pocket jean. The owner of the puppy came at that time.

"Should I take a picture for you?" She ask. You hand her the phone and hug the puppy while Minghao was on the other side making a peace sign.

"Thank you~ bye bye!" You waved at the puppy and bowed to the owner.

"Cute right?" You ask Minghao while looking at your phone.

Minghao was looking at you and smiled.

"Yeah~ really cute." He said which was meant for you and you look at him.

"Y-yeah, the puppy was cute." He said and look away quick.

"Are you going to keep following me?" You ask but he didn't answer.

You two kept walking and walking. You didn't talk but just walk. Minghao took his phone out and film you.

"What are you doing?" He ask and you look at the camera.

"What are you doing?! Don't! I don't look good today." You whine. He flipped the camera so you both can be seen.

"We are now walking back to her apartment." Minghao said and put his arms on your shoulder.

"Yah~ you're making me short." You said trying to get his arms off.

"You're not getting short....you're already short." He said and laugh. He ran away knowing you would chase him.

"Yah! Come here!!! How could you say that?!" You chased after him. You later fell down.

Minghao looked back and saw you on the ground. He ran back to you.

"Are you okay?" He ask and touched your knee.

"I'm okay." You said and tried standing up but couldn't balance.

"No you're not. Get on my back." He said and gesture to his back bending down.

"Are you sure?" You ask. He nodded. You got on.

"Omo~ did you gain weight?" He ask.

"Yah!!"

"I'm just kidding." He laughed and you wrapped your arms around his neck. He was smiling from ears to ears.

"Put me down now." You said to him after you guys are in front of the apartment. He put you down carefully.

"Are you going in?" You ask.

"Hmmm...I wonder if someone around here would let me." He pout.

"Don't make that face. Let's go in." You said.

You opened the apartment door.

"I'm home unnie~" you called out. You went in the kitchen but she wasn't there but you saw a note.

"I'm going out for a while. I made food for you~ if you're tired, sleep and don't wait because I don't really know when I'll be back. Saranghae~

"Unnie's not here. Go wait there, I'll make you something." You told Minghao. He obeyed.

You came out the kitchen with the food Seulgi made you.

"There's nothing to do here. Wanna watch a movie?" You ask.

"No! I want to...talk. It's a waste of time watching movie." He said.

"What do you want to talk about?" You ask sitting crisscross on the sofa.

"About...us." He said. You chuckle.

"About us? What about it?" You ask getting nervous.

"Okay, if I say this...don't stop being my best friend because I don't want the thing I say today ruined our friendship." He said making a serious face. You gulped and nod.

"I promise." You said.

"I don't know how to start but...I want to tell you how I feel when I'm with you. I feel so comfortable."

"We're best friend, it's okay to feel comfortable."

"No! It's a comfortable in a special way. I think I feel much more than a...best friend to you. I started feeling like this the day you take me out. I hate the feeling of you not wanting to talk to me. I hate it when you ignore me."

This was the first time you heard him say something like this. You smiled and laughed.

"This is not a joke. I'm serious. Stop laughing~ what do you think?" He ask you.

"I don't really know. Trust me...I felt that way too but..." you trailed off.

"But what?"

"But..it stopped after not seeing you. I think it'll disappear after we don't talk anymore." You half smiled at him and turned halfway not facing him.

"I don't want it to stop though."

"What?" You turned facing him but felt a lip on your lip. He was leaning in kissing you. You blinked a few times before he pulled away.

You both faced the front not looking at each other. Your face was burning and his ears were red. It was an awkward silence.

"Do you...feel it?" He ask.

"Y-yeah" you stutter.

"Do you think we have feelings for each other?" He ask facing you.

"What kind of question is that?"

"Okay. I...like you. Like you. Like you." You covered his mouth with your hand.

"I got it! Stop saying that." You said shyly.

"Let's date. And if it doesn't work out, our friendship is still strong." He said.

"Deal!" You smiled and he hugged you.

"But I know I'll never be best friend with you anymore because I like being your boyfriend better." He whisper which gives you goosebumps.

"Get off me. Eat your food and go home." You said putting a spoonful of rice in his mouth.

You both had a great time together. Everything was better than you guys ever expected.
