Minghao (The8) Part 1.

"Yah, (Y/N)-ah! Can you please go check on Minghao for me?!" Seungcheol ask through the phone panicking.

"Whoa~oppa, calm down. What's wrong?" You ask putting my book down.

"I heard he just broke up with his girlfriend and I'm not there, I'm at my parents house. He might do something stupid again" he said.

"Okay oppa, I'll go check on him and I'll call you back"

"Thank you so much (Y/N)-ah, I owe you" he said.

You pick up your car key and drove to his apartment. When you arrive, you knock on his door a few times but didn't get any response. You go down to the front desk again and ask for the spare keys. They gave you and you went inside. It's dark inside so you open the curtin.

"Minghao? Where are you?" You ask looking around. You look at the bathroom door.

"Minghao? Are you in there? Uh, I'm going to-" you were cut off when the door swing open to a teary Minghao.

"Are you okay?" You ask stepping back shock.

He suddenly hugged you. After a while, you hugged him back.

"I don't get it! Why?! Why does she have to do this to me? Why (Y/N)?!"

You stood there rubbing his back to comfort him.

"Minghao...I think you should let go of me now. It's been five minutes" you said uncomfortably.

He slowly let go of you and you look up at his face. Tears everywhere. You wiped it off with your sleeve.

"You're going to be okay...like always. What about this? I'll make you lunch and then we can go out. I mean, like other friends do, so you can feel better." you said.

"No wonder you're my childhood best friend" he said and hug you once again. He went to the bathroom again and get ready.

"Friend? Aish~ is that all you see me as? Of course" you said to yourself.

You prepare lunch for him and wait for him to finish up.

"Done?" You ask.

"Yeah, let's go" he said and give you a slight smile.

You guys were at the mall. You tried to cheer him up but nothing works yet. You were walking behind him a little disappointed.

"Do I need to get your girlfriend back or what?" You whisper getting pissed.

"What did you say?" He ask turning to you.

"Oh? Nothing, what do you want to do now?" You ask catching up with him.

"How about we watch movie?" He suggest.

"Yeah, sure" you said.

You guys got your ticket and bought popcorn. A large one, so you two shared.

Every minutes of the movie, you would take a peek at him. You were just happy when he smiled and laugh when there's a funny scenes.

"Wow~ that was a great movie" he said and you just smiled.

"Can you wait here for a moment? I need to use the restroom" you said and he nod his head.

After a few minutes, you came out and saw Minghao hugging Amy..his ex. You were mad that he was hugging his ex when he was crying just today because of her. A lot of things came in your head. You dashed out of the mall and went back to your apartment.

"Oh your back?" Seulgi ask.

"Y-yeah, um I'm just going to wash up and sleep. I already ate. Good night" you said and dashed into your room.
