You both were standing in the entrance hall, you confused and Camilo worn out from all that singing and dancing

"What was that about? Chaotic but fun!" You asked him with little adrenaline in you

"Mirabel was asking about Bruno, so we just put her in her space- what's that?" He asked you

You were still holding the book Pepa gave you in your arms as if it was fragile

"Oh this? It's nothing~ just a book that holds power" you smirked

"Wait...Is that?! My baby pictures?!" You giggled and opened to the page where Camilo had a bunch of Isabela's flowers in his poofy hair (someone please draw this)

"No! Please give it to me!" He begged as he tried reaching for it but you were to fast and managed to dodge his attempt

"Nope! Not until I've seen all of these pictures!" You laughed at his attempt to grab the powerful book from your hands

"Y/n! Come on! Ughh fine! You look at them" he crossed his arms and turned away from you, like a child

"But, I wanted to look at them with you!" You said with your best puppy dog eyes

Camilo's POV:

I looked at them from the corner of my eye and see them making the cutest face ever

How can I say no to that? But, it's my baby pictures! I don't want them to see the time I put peanut butter all over myself (totally not a reference to the peanut butter baby)

"Uhmmmm fffine!" I managed to get out of my mouth

"Yay! Thank you!" They jumped up and placed their arms around my neck for a hug

They're... Hugging me! Pheww Camilo calm down, control that heart of yours.

I placed my arms around their hips and stayed like that for a while, savoring the moment like it was the last best thing that was gonna ever happen to me

They then pulled away and took my hand to lead me to my room

I opened my door for them and we both walked in (you can imagine however the room is gonna look like)

They looked around in awe. I couldn't help but stare at them, their E/c eyes looking around like they were star gazing with a goofy smile on their face

I walked into a free space on the floor and sat down

They looked at me and sat down with me

The first page they opened to was me hanging upside down on a tree with only my pants to keep me from falling 7 feet off the ground

"What happened here?" They giggled looking at the photo like it was a book with a good plot

"Ha! I remember this! I was climbing a tree because I saw a squirrel and decided to keep it as a pet! But things back fired and I missed a step causing me to fall and thank the Lord my pants caught me!" I laughed at the memory

"You tried to keep a squirrel as a pet?"

"Antonio had a Jaguar as a pet! It's much more crazier than a squirrel!"

"Speaking of Gifts, how do you guys get them?" They asked while looking into my eyes

I took this chance to look at every detail about them

Their E/c eyes that you can be easily lost in

Their S/c skin that is as smooth as a flower petal

Their H/l H/c hair that I could run my fingers through without getting caught in a single knot

What's not to like about them? I know it's only been 2 days but, they already have my full attention

"Camilo!"

"Huh?!" I jolted

"Finally! I've been calling your name for like 10 minutes!" They smiled, glad that they finally got my attention

"Oh! Sorry I was...daydreaming, but to answer your question" I pause "we get our gift with the candle, the candle was a blessing that Abuela found when she had her 3 kids, my mami, Tia Jullieta, and Bruno"

"If the candle goes out..." I look at the photo

"No gift" they finished for me

They looked down and it looked like their kind was starting to wonder to places that non of us wanted the answer to

I didn't want them to sit there in silence so I turned the page to see myself around the age of 10 sleeping peacefully in my bed

"I didn't know Mami took this photo!" I looked at it with full terror, not only was I asleep, I was wearing my cookie Monster onesie!

"Awww! Look at you~!" They cood and examined the photo carefully

"Nooo! Thats to embarrassing!" I closed the book and they looked at me with a pouted face

"I wasn't done!" They tried to reach for the book but I thankfully was able to take it away from them

"No! The rest is too weird and embarrassing!" I laughed

We ended up playing Twister on accident because they were desperate for this book! They really don't know when to give up!

"Y/n, it's time for bed-" Dolores comes in telling Y/n that it's time for bed. I guess she was able to hear us laughing

That's until I realized the position we were in. Y/n was on top of me reaching for the book I had up in the air, my free arm on their waist to push them back

"It's not what it looks like!" Y/n yelled as she pushes back away from me, they decided they wanted to become a apple too

"Uhuhh sureeee" Dolores smirks while she looks at me

"Promise! And don't go and tell ma! She will tease me about this till the day I die!" I yelled at Dolores

"Ha! I'm totally telling ma! Come on Y/n let's get you showered" she calls Y/n to take a shower

"Yes Dolores!" Y/n follows Dolores

"Goodnight Camilo, see you tomorrow!" They gave me a quick wave and smile and then closed my door.

My heart was pounding, I felt so many different things that I never felt before. I felt fuzzy and warm, my stomach at this flutter feeling inside, and everything seemed a whole lot more brighter

What is wrong with me? Every since I met Y/n I've been feeling that... But I've also felt, happier.

I lay down on my bed and cover my face with my arm, worn out from all the moving I did with them.

Speaking of so I realized I still have the book mami gave to them. It did seen like they really wanted it so tomorrow I'll give it back to them.

Sorry this chapter was so short! It was kinda a filler but that's okay! (I hope)
The next chapter will be the chaotic dinner happens.

my mum told me that I kinda look like Camilo!
She saw me looking at a picture of him and at this point she is use to it and told me "you look like him, the hair and the skin color are the same" I WAS LIKE "REALLY? THANK YOU! ❤"  The only difference is that half of my hair is pink and the other half is brown
