Chapter 31

Rahul's pov:
I went to Rithika's room. She looked at me and then down immediately. I moved beside her.

"I'm sorry. I couldn't have used those words on you. Forgive me" I said waiting for her response. Her eyes glosened with tears immediately.

I slowly layed beside her and hugged her. She put her head on my chest and layed there simply. She was silent.

"I'm sorry too... I can feel.... " I sushed her by placing my forefinger on her mouth.

"Don't talk anything. This topic is very sensitive and we will talk about that once you are fine. Just relax" I said stroking her hair slowly.

After few minutes, Rishi came in smiling at us.

"Finally, happy to see you both like this" he said while coming towards me. He slapped my shoulder lightly. We both smiled at him.

"Move, let me check her fever now" he said. He placed the thermometer on her forehead. Her eyes are tired and she looks weak. Definitely she would have high temperature from my guess.

He looked at the thermometer after few minutes and he showed it to me which turned out to be 103 degree. It is low comparing to high temperature but with her health condition, it is high.

"I will give her a steroid" he said to me. I looked at her.

"What? No injection" She said strongly.

"Considering her health condition, it will be better. Now it's your choice" he said winking at me. He always know to make me in danger.

"Shall I take her home after that?" I asked him. He glared at me.

"I already told that I will discharge her tomorrow morning" he said.

"I know. What are you going to check in one night? I will take care of the discharge process. Just sign" I insisted him so that would atleast make her accept.

"Still I don't want the injection" Rithika interrupted.

"He is going to give you for sure. No other option for you but still you can choose when to take it. Now or tomorrow?" I said. She looked at him and he nodded. She pouted.

"You know what, he already gave me so many injections in your absence. I don't want it anymore" she replied dramatically. Rishi raised his eyebrow.

"I didn't give any. Lee asked me to give it" he said immediately.

"You only asked her to" She argued with him. He sighed.

"Rahul, I'm only waiting for your answer. Otherwise I would bring three nurse to hold her down and will give the shot nicely" he said seriously inturn she glared at him.

"You can't do that with my husband beside me" she shouted sitting in her bed.

"Try me" he said casually yet dangerous.

"Hey Rishi, go and arrange her discharge process. I will talk to her" I said immediately cutting them off. He went out. I then looked at her and she just shook her head. I layed beside her and hugged her.

"Baby, just 2 minutes. Everything will be alright and then we will go home and take rest. I will take leave tomorrow so that we both will enjoy" I replied knowing that she would love my idea.

She thought for a while but nodded reluctantly.

I messaged Rishi to come so he came after few minutes and looked at Rithika. She glared at him and then looked away.

Rishi opened the syringe cover and filled the needle with a liquid. I grabbed Rithika to look at my face rather than looking at the needle. She would definitely freak out.

He filled the full needle with a mixture of two medicines since she would argue if he give another injection.

"Lie on your stomach baby" I said keeping a pillow on the side of her stomach. She pouted still tearing her eyes in fear.

She layed onto her stomach and I pulled her pants and panties down exposing half of her butt. She whimpered. Rishi had already given her many injection on her back but still she feels shy to be revealed.

I held her hands tightly and choked her hair on slow motion. He felt her skin for the exact position to administer by pressing his finger on the injection site. He then wiped her and took the needle in his hand.

"Baby, relax and lose your muscles. Take deep breaths sweetheart" I wishpered after watching her squeezing the muscles tight in fear.

He slowly plunged the needle deep onto her muscle making her immediately flinch and react to the pain of the needle. She screamed and thrashed her body.

"I already asked you to not shake like this" he warned. She didn't react.

"Shhhh shhh it will be over in few seconds. Don't move" I said holding her in place. When he pushed the medicine in, she squrimed and cried harder.

"It h.. hurtssss" she whispered in between her sobs.

"Over baby" I said still looking at the medicine to push further.

He slowly pulled the needle out making her sob loudly. He rubbed the site in a circular motion for few minutes.

"Rahul, apply ice cubes once you get home without forgetting" he said pulling her dress up. I nodded at him. He went out.

"Baby, don't cry. It's over" I said inserting my hand inside her pant and panties and rubbed her butt slowly. She whined and moved her body to take my hand off. So I took it out.

"It stings" she cried. I hugged her.

"I know baby. Come on, let's go home and enjoy this day better. Shreya will come with Rishi tomorrow" I said picking her up.
