Next morning :

Rahul's pov:
I got ready and went down to have breakfast. Mom arranged everything in the table and smiled at me. I wished her and sat in the chair.

"Rahul, what do you think about your marriage?" she asked me while setting my food. I looked at her blankly.

"I'm just 27 mom" I said and started to eat.

"Then when are you planning to get married?" she asked me.

"At 30, now leave this topic" I said swallowing my delicious pasta.

"Marriage at 30 and kids at 35 and then I won't be alive to see their marriage. I don't have strength to live that long" she said dramatically.

"Mom, don't play this sick card on me. You are fit and fine" I said arguing her.

"No, you are getting married as soon as your dad returns. Bride is ready" she said shocking me.

"Bride? Then you marry her and enjoy with her" I said sarcastically. She slapped me lightly.

"Who is the bride by the way?" I asked her.

"Your dream girl" she said making me roll my eyes. She laughed at me seeing my expression.

"Rithika" she said shocking the hell out of me.

"Rithika? You said bride is ready, did you talked with her?" I asked her dropping my food again in the plate.

"Yeah, she agreed" she said with full excitement. I couldn't believe myself. Happiness knew no bounds. My heart flies with an enjoyment.

I have so many questions to ask her but no words left from my mouth at that instant. I want to see her so I left to the court immediately.

After driving, I went to her cabin straightly and knocked on the door. I heard her say 'come in' without raising her head. I went inside and sat opposite to her. She raised her head and look at me shocked.

"You? Why are you here at this time?" she asked me smiling lightly.

"Just came to see your smile" I replied perverted.

"What? Go to hospital, I have heavy work now" she said concentrating on her work again.

"Then why did you agreed to marry me? You marry your lawyer coat instead" I asked her faking my anger. She looked at me shocked.

"Rahul, do you really love me? I want the answer now because I don't want to spoil your life" she turned with emotion.

"I want you to spoil my life with all my love for you. I know that I would have talked to you before my mom but she beated me in this. The day when I saw you in a bed covered with full blood, I realized my love for you. I went numb at that instant and couldn't able to process anything in my mind. I just stood there looking at you blankly, Rishi only saved you. I respect your privacy so gave you time to realize my feelings but mom.... Leave it. Good things can happen in any way. So, now you tell me the answer for your same question" I finished seeing her aww expression.

She slipped a single tear in the process. I immediately stood and went towards her. I wiped it and smiled at her.

"I don't know whether I deserve all your love. Everything seems to be new to me. I didn't trust anyone except my Shreya but you and your mom gained my trust in few days. I feel like I'm the luckiest person in the whole world. Thank you so much for making me through this happiness. Atlast, I love you" she said with tears in her eyes.

I hugged her immediately. She too held me tightly. I kissed in her forehead. After few minutes of hugging, we separated each other.

"I have a doubt. Why did you agreed so quickly? Your age is too small than me" I asked her holding her hand.

"Your mom doesn't want me and Shreya to stay alone in a apartment. She thinks that it's more dangerous and your age is already high so she asked" she said.

"That's it? Still it feels incomplete to me" I asked her. She sighed looking at me.

"Your mom is my sponser. Shreya's too. She told me that it's a secret so don't ask her anything about this. We are really happy to ger her in our real life. I'm so thankful to her" she said shocking me.

"But why she needs to hide this from me?" I asked thinking.

"She don't want to show off this to anyone. She just wants to keep it with herself. She only knows about our names and that's why she told us everything but she was very gentle" she said to me but nothing compromise me. Anyway, everything ends well.

"Oh, fine. Then what? Ready for marriage?" I asked her laughing.

"Yeah, be ready for one hell of a ride with me, my dear hubby" she said raising her brows. We both laughed forgetting all the pains in our lives.

"Did you ate anything and your tablets?" I asked her after few minutes of staring each other. She laughed.

"I can't eat those yucky medicines. I didn't take any tablets after leaving your hospital" she said making me sigh. I stared at her.

"It's going to be so tough to handle you in future" I said while she laughed at me.

"Come with me, we will go somewhere today" I asked her. She glared at me immediately.

"No, I have work. You go, please. We have more time to enjoy our life. I have to win this case now" she said pushing me outside.

I left after bidding her. We both have full excitement thinking about our future. But fate always decides something we don't want to face.
