Evelyn and Stiles were walking up to school together, Stiles telling her about the dreams he's been having. "I don't know, it-it's like I'm trapped inside the dream, and no matter how much I want to I just can't wake up."

Evelyn frowned at the boys words, Only before the girl could give a proper response, the two spotted Scott running down the steps as if he was being chased, "Hey! Hey, you all right?"

Scott nodded shakily, "You don't look alright." Evelyn said skeptically.

"I'm okay." Scott nodded, but Stiles shook his head. "No, you're not. It's happening to you, too, you're seeing things, aren't you?"

"How'd you know?" Scott asked with furrowed brows, slightly shocked.

Hearing footsteps coming their way, they turned only to see Allison and Lydia coming their way. "Because it's happening to all three of you."

The group began to make their way inside the school, Lydia speaking as she opened the doors. "Well, well, well, look who's no longer the crazy one."

"We're not crazy!" Allison defended, Evelyn rolling her eyes at the two.

"Hallucinating? Sleep paralysis? Yeah, you guys are fine." Lydia said sarcastically.

"We did die and come back to life...that's gotta have some side effects, right?" Scott asked, Lydia pursing her lips. "Evie died and came back to life as a vampire and you don't see her acting like you three."

Before Scott could respond, the bell for first period rang. "We keep an eye on each other, okay?" Stiles said, "And, Lydia? Stop enjoying this so much."

The group went their separate ways down the hallway, Lydia throwing her hands up. "What?"

"Good morning, everyone." The new history teacher started, "My name is Mr. Yukimura. I'll be taking over for your previous history teacher. My family and I moved here three weeks ago. I'm sure, by now, you all know my daughter, Kira? Or, you might not, since she's never actually mentioned anyone from school. Or brought a friend home, for that matter."

A thud could be heard from the back of the classroom, all the students turning around as Kira lifted her head slowly, smiling shyly. "Either way, there she is."

Evelyn smiled kindly at the new girl, only to raise a curious brow when she saw the way Scott was looking at her.
