𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐬𝐢𝐱 𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐮𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 {𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝}
"So when did you get there?" Agent McCall questioned, looking at Stiles.
"At the same time." Stiles responded simply.
"At the same time as who?" Agent McCall asked, raising a brow.
"At the same time as me." Scott responded, pointing to himself.
"By coincidence?" Agent McCall continued to question. "What do you mean by coincidence?"
Evelyn sighed in exhaustion, her head falling back against the couch behind her. Her neck was still aching from having it snapped for the first time and it was one in the morning, the girl was tired.
"That's what I'm asking you." Agent McCall replied, gesturing towards the human boy. "The two of you arrived at the same time. Was that a coincidence?"
"Are you asking me?" Stiles asked, "I think he's asking me." Scott denied.
"I think he's asking both of you." Evelyn interjected tiredly, not bothering to lift her head between both boys.
"Okay, let me answer the questions." Agent McCall said, pausing right after he said it as everyone around him tried not to laugh. "Let me ask the questions. Just so I have this absolutely clear." He looked at his note pad, "Barrow was hiding in the chemistry closet at the school. Someone left him a coded message on the blackboard telling him to kill Kira. Then Barrow took Kira to a power substation and tied her up with the intent of electrocuting her, which blacked out the entire town."
All the teens nodded along with his words, "Sounds about right."
"How did you know he'd take her to a power station?" Agent McCall questioned him.
"Well, cause he was an electrical engineer. So where else would he take her?" Stiles asked rhetorically.
Agent McCall nodded in mock impression, "That's one hell of a deduction there, Stiles."
"Yeah, what can I say? I take after my pops. He's in law enforcement." Stiles said, pointing a finger at his father and winking.
Stilinski snorted at his sons words but quickly covered it with a cough, "Stiles, just, uh...just answer the man."
"We made a good guess." Stiles told the man.
Agent McCall nodded before looking over at Scott and Kira. "What were you two doing?"
"Eating Pizza. Eating Sushi." The two teens replied at the same time, "Eating Sushi. Eating Pizza." They stared at each other for a long moment before speaking again. "Eating Sushi and Pizza."
