Y/n's POV

I was at Giyuu's house, home alone. It was getting late so I had decided to go to bed. I laid down in bed and slowly drifted to sleep. After a while, I woke up but I wasn't in the house. I had just appeared outside so I went back inside and found something surprising. There were two kids in the house; a boy and a girl who had similar features to both me and Giyuu. The girl had black hair that was in a braid with bangs and blue eyes like Giyuu's. "Tomiko I'm gonna get you" I heard Giyuu's voice. He then ran into the room and picked up the little girl and smiled. Although it was Giyuu he looked different. His hair was shorter and he looked slightly older. "Daddy I want you to pick me up too" The boy said. He had short messy hair with light blue ends. "Okay Taichi" Giyuu said before putting Tomiko in his left hand and picking up Taichi with his right. "You wanna go see mommy?" Giyuu asked the kids. "Yeah" they said in unison. He then walked to our room with both the kids and I saw an older version of myself. My hair was almost to my knees and I was pregnant?! "Mommy" Taichi said before jumping out of Giyuu's hands and running to the older me. I was strong enough to pick him up even with a baby. "Any day now" I said to Giyuu. He put his hand on my stomach and looked into my eyes. "We're finally living our dream" he said to me. I put my hand over my mouth as I looked at my future. It was so beautiful, I had beautiful kids and the most amazing husband. I then opened my eyes and quickly sat up on my bed. It was all a dream but it seemed so real. I was seeing myself from another view and I didn't wanna let go of that view. Everything was perfect but I had to come back to reality. I never planned to have kids or retire from the Corps but after that dream, my thoughts had changed drastically. I got out of bed and opened a window. I stared at the sky and thought about my dream, soon losing track of time. "The moon looks beautiful tonight" I heard Giyuu, my present time Giyuu. I quickly turned around and hugged him tight. "Why are you up on your night off?" he asked me. "I was sleeping and I had this dream and it was so realistic- I almost didn't want to wake up" I said to him. "What made your dream so good?" He asked me. "Well I saw us in the future and we had two kids with a third one on the way" I explained to him. "Well, you can't rush time but you can slowly make you dream come true" Giyuu spoke. "I can start with this" he held onto both of my hands. I didn't really get emotional but I felt a tear run down my cheek. "Y/n...I want you to be my bride" he said to me. "I want to be your bride Giyuu" I said to him. He pulled me into another hug. "I want to live your dream Y/n" he whispered to me.

Giyuu's POV

I held Y/n for a moment, I never told her this, but I had a similar dream a few nights back. I too wanted to meet our future kids I always wanted a life with Y/n just like my dream. Y/n then grabbed my hand and took me outside to the roof. We sat there and looked at the moon. "Can you believe how fast the year has gone by?" Y/n asked me. "I remember that night I saved you from that demon, you were so stubborn and you wanted to keep fighting with an injury" I recalled. "I was...something" Y/n said. "But I admire that about you, you're so dedicated to the things you're passionate about" I said to her. She turned her head and looked at me with a smile. I held onto her hand and we laid on the roof. "Thank you for going on that mission" Y/n said to me. "What do you mean?" I asked her. "If you didn't go, I would've died and we would have never met" she explained to me. The really made me think: if I came a minute too late, I wouldn't have been where I was now. It's crazy how the universe can bring two people together.

Third Person POV

"Look Sabito! He's come so far" A little girl with shoulder length black hair said to a boy. "You're right Makomo, he's grown up so much" Sabito agreed with the girl. Giyuu shivered because he felt a cold breeze. "We shouldn't be here" Sabito said to Makomo. "Sometimes you break rules to see those you deeply care about" Makomo said. "Let's go" Sabito said before holding onto Makomo's hand and like that, they disappeared as if they were never there.
