(Okay so I apologize in advance but past this point I only editied it through one time so if you see any mistakes I apologize haha. Also trigger warning someone does die in this part)

Crosshair viewed the data pad that he had been handed by one of his troopers. On it showed a report written by the security staff of the museum located in central Aldera. It talked about how a trio of armored men had stolen the trinket that only a week earlier had almost been stolen. It didn't have much detail about the men themselves but Crosshair didn't need a description of the culprits. Afterall, if they were who he'd thought, they were men who he had spent years with, who he'd grown up with.

"What do you take from this?" The trooper asked.

"It's them," Crosshair said, handing back the data pad. "Clone Force 99 is the one who stole that trinket and if I'm correct they're probably still here. Go let the rest of the squad know that we found them. I want to leave as soon as possible if we are going to catch them before they leave."

The trooper crossed their arms. "Do you have a plan to kill them?" They asked, emphasizing the word kill.

Crosshair nodded. "I have a plan, now go prepare everything."

The trooper nodded and solved before leaving the room. As soon as the door closed behind them Crosshair removed his helmet and set it down on the table. "I definitely have a plan... to kill the girl as well as the rest of you. We'll see how Hunter feels losing the person that he cares the most about." A smirk crept onto Crosshair's face before is slowly melted away. Surprisingly he found himself questioning if revenge was really going to make him feel better. On Kamino he had seen how much Hunter had cared about Omega and the fact that Omega had been so kind to him despite everything. He had saved the girl's life and now he wanted to kill her. He had saved Omega because he knew how much he had hurt Hunter and he was trying to heal some of the damage. If he killed the girl that would put him in an unredeemable position.

Crosshair shook his head. "No," he said aloud, "I'm going to show Hunter that he can't replace me. If that means killing the girl I'll do what I must." He put his helmet back on before standing up and grabbing his sniper. He then headed towards the door and opened it. It was time to go, it was time for Crosshair to get his revenge.

...

Hunter was only able to get in a few hours of rest before he was woken up by Omega. He slowly opened his eyes and looked at the young girl, confused. "Why aren't you asleep?" he asked groggily.

"I was," Omega replied, "but then I woke up. Anyway, it's time for you to go meet the client."

Hunter quickly became more alert and he pushed himself to his feet. "I guess I was more exhausted than I thought. I meant to wake up an hour ago."

Omega patted his arm. "Don't worry, Hunter, you deserve to get some rest. Echo thought it was best to let you sleep a little longer."

"Is everyone else awake?" Hunter asked. Omega nodded before grabbing his hand and pulling him out of the cockpit over to where everyone else was quietly talking. When Hunter walked in they all went quiet. Tech grabbed the statue and handed it to Hunter. Hunter accepted it and was about to leave before looking back at Tech. "Tech," he started. Tech looked up at him and Hunter continued, "do you have any idea who the client could be?"

Tech shook his head. "I spent the last hour trying to see if I could figure out who the last people who tried to steal the statue were but wasn't able to find anything. Apparently the Empire didn't want to give the culprits any fame. That's the same with what happened with us. The news is already talking about how that statue was stolen but it doesn't so much as give our description."
