While Marinette was in the hospital Adrien stand by her bedside.
"Marinette please come back to us. To me. You're so close to being here! I'm so close to having you back. Marinette, I can't loose you! It killed me that you disappeared and whatever took you. That Viola demon? God I don't even know what I'm saying. I just need you," Adrien sobbed. Adrien pressed his head to her stomach. "I love you, Marinette. I won't ever let you out of my sight again."
Marinette's lips turned into a smirk. Adrien still had his head down, crying onto her. She fluttered open her eyes and put a hand on Adrien's head.
"I love you too," Marinette said. Adrien sat up as fast as he good. His eyes red from crying.
"Marinette!"
