(Idk if I like this one.)

"Jesus fucking-" Puffy huffed out as she closed the door behind her and snatched the winter hat off head. Dream sat at the base of the stairs, resting his head in his crossed arms as his knees were bent upwards.

"Hey Dream..."

"What happened?"

"What do you mean?" She said as she unbuttoned her jacket and placed her gloves in it's pockets.

"You were gone, for along time." She sighed and went over to him, she didn't mind tracking snow and dirt through the house. But she did mind this tantrum.

"I'm sorry." She sat beside him and he glanced at her.

"I had to take care of Tubbo all by myself." He covered up his shaky voice with a snarky comment.

"Oh, the agony of having to feed him oatmeal, and letting him dress himself, then putting him to beds. It's so hard to even-"

"Okay, okay, whatever." Dream rolled his eyes and chuckled into his warm jumper. Puffy leaned over and nudged him with her elbow. She knew that her son sometimes, has issues with being alone for long periods of time. They've been working on it, but just like every bad habit. It tends to slice through his confidences like a blade.

"Thanks." He sighed and stood up.

"Where are you going?" She looked at him.

"Back to bed, this was exhausting." She laughed at his laziness and got up herself.

"Jeez, that was so much walking, I have ripped quads. For sure." She said to herself in the privacy of the dimly lighted kitchen. Puffy waltzed over to the fridge and grabbed a bottle of water.

"Mm! Mmmmh!" Dream kicked his feet and gripped at the man's hand. Behind the wall of the stairwell, the man stood there. Waiting for him. Dream tried to call out, but the man held him by his stomach and squeezed him tightly every time he made noise. Dream couldn't breath. The man easily wrapped his arm around dreams neck and pulled back enough to leave him unconscious.

"Now for your mother." He whispered to Dream as he was picked up and placed in the room where Tubbo had been asleep. The man waited at the end of the hall. Making sure to hide in the dimly lit corners.

"Okay..." Puffy said to her self and went over to her door. She barely twisted the handle when the man brought a cloth up to her mouth. She yelped and tried to break free, but compared to the...robotic persona. She couldn't win, not without a weapon. Puffy fell limp in their arms, the man swung her over his shoulder and carried her down the stairs. He stared at the family portrait for a second.

"Family..." he raised his hand to the painting. Tracing his senseless fingers over the curves in the paint. He retracted his hand.

"Is family." He pointed to Puffy. The machine looked down at the women and moved her to carry her in their arms more comfortably.

"Mother." He said as he looked back at the painting then to her. The man grimaced as his neck jolted and open wires crackled and snapped. The man stopped looking at the painting and instead walked up to it. He felt his eyes begin to burn as he carved 6208 into the wood. He left the house after that.

"6208. Need to ⎎- fin...⎅ find... ⌇⟟..6208."

Dream woke up to the smell of burning wood. He gasped and looked around, but nothing was damaged. He raced out of the room and down the stairs and to the kitchen. The door was left open, but still no fire. He turned around and gasped at the sight. The picture was on the floor sliced in half and poorly the numbers 6208 taunted him.

"What?" He mumbled to himself.

"Mom?" Dream screamed, no response. He ran out of the house and called her name more.

"Mom! Please- what...what's.." he panted and ran into the house. He slipped on some shoes and grabbed his sword.

"Mom!" Dream ran into the forest, he felt his chest grow heavy. Like his breaths were thick, he hazily looked around, but kept running.

"Mom, please come back! Please! Mom!" Tubbo could hear his brother just as he left. Slowly Tubbo fell out of the bed and left the room, clingy to the stuff animal that looked like a bee for comfort.

"Dream?" He looked at the wall and started to panic.

"Dream?!" Tubbo called. The boy went over to the door. He felt tears ball up in his eyes.

"Mom!" His said voice called weakly as he sat at the door. He looked around and began to whimper, he never been alone. Not like this.

"Dream!" Tubbo cried endlessly, but he got no response.
