I stood there thinking for awhile. Maybe I could have stopped this. She had said earlier that she couldn't see Will and Gwen. And I hadn't thought much about it.
Maddy looks over at Gwen and then at me. "Lets go get drunk."
I nod and Gwen shrugs. Maddy passes me a cup and Gwen one. She grabs one herself and chugs it. She then has another 3, before coming with us. I notice Gwen place her cup down. I shake my head and chug mine.
Maddy walks over to Will. "We need the Vodka. Now." She snaps.
He rolls his eyes and goes downstairs. Gwen stares after him.
"Babe, don't be upset. He's not worth the pain and struggle." I whisper.
"Except he is." She snaps walking away.
Will comes back, carrying a bottle of vodka. He hands it to Maddy and looks around. "Where did Gwen go?"
"Somewhere, where she couldn't get hurt by you." Maddy yells.
He turns away and walks into the empty kitchen.
Maddy throws her cup across the room and opens the bottle, chugging from it.
"Maddy, stop." I snap.
"Fucking screw you. I'm going to drown in this pain if it kills me." She snaps back.
I roll my eyes and walk over to where Brayden is. "Can we talk?" I mutter.
He nods and follows me up to Maddy's room.
"Brayden, there's two things I wanna talk about. The first being Gwen, and the second being us." I say looking in his eyes.
He nods, so I continue, "Gwen saw Will kiss Keyln. Well Keyln kiss Will. Now she's heartbroken. So now I guess I have to do this on my own. Brayden I like you a lot. Like a lot. And..." I'm stopped as Brayden puts his lips against mine.
"I'm going to go check on Gwen. And bring us some drinks. Then just you and me baby." He whispers against my lips.
I nod and he leaves.
