Chapter Two: "Oh no"

Vanessa's POV

      The sun beamed through my window, across my bed, and throughout my condo. My work alarm went off I groaned and rolled my hazel brown eyes as the continuous buzzing noise kept going off on my phone.  I sat up remembering what I had done the night before I ran my fingers through my tangled brown hair.  I sighed knowing I had to go to work, and do my job I also had to come in contact with my boss.

   I raised up from my bed, and made it up the best I could with to clock ticking time running out for me to get ready for work. I put on my work uniform, and put on my make up curled my hair then headed off for my carpool.  On the way there my phone rang it was my best friend Ariana I answered.

   "Hey, bestie good morning." I said with an eager smile. Her cheery voice put me at ease so I could feel ready to take on work this morning.

   "Hey, girl you don't sound so enthusiastic this morning? Something happen?." Ari asked sympathetically I begin to twirl my fingers with the hem of my brown skirt I know I can trust her I literally tell her anything she's like my personal human diary she always kept anything personal away from anyone else's ears.

  I cleared the lump in my throat before speaking. 
"Well...I guess you can say something happened."

I heard a tiny gasp in my ear from her on the phone.

"What happened?! Was it your coworkers? Your boss?! Did you get demoted?? girlll I knew that job wasn't for you." Ari said in a sassy tone, I chuckled of course because she amuses me.

"Yes, it was my boss I had a wet dream about him last night. The thing I don't get is why I mean he's an absolute prick, but I guess I like him I don't know Ari."  Ariana, knew exactly what to tell someone when they were caught up in a dilemma. Of course mine would either cost me my heart, or cost me my job.
