We were now all inside a building running from the giant roots trying to get us. My head was still in a lot if pain but I just pushed through it because we have bigger problems. "That was a close one! Are you all right?" Megumi asking Inumaki who was running beside him "salmon." That's when the Kyoto student stopped and yelled "here it comes!" that's when we stopped and turned around and Inumaki used his cursed technique "stop it!"
That's when the curse's wood spike things stopped coming towards us. The Kyoto student clapped his hands together and blood started to come out of it "convergence! Piercing blood!" we had started going towards the stairs and looked behind to see the Kyoto student hit the curse. The the Kyoto student jogged towards us "Hurry! Those wounds'll heal quickly!"
We kept jogging up the stairs, we then got upstairs and started to run faster when we heard the curse coming towards us again. We had all looked back and the Kyoto student yelled at us to hurry. We kept running up many stairs and hallways. After some running we made it to a porch and jumped off the railing into a rooftop nearby. We all stopped and turned around seeing the curse in front of us. Megumi had called his bird shikigami when we had gotten outside. "Inumaki will stop it for you! Attack it now!" Megumi told his shikigami.
"stop" but it was to late the curse ripped through the shikigami's chest. That was when Inumaki had fell on his knees spitting out blood, I had widened my eyes and kneeled in front of him with my arms out in front of so I could protect him just in case. That's when the curse went to the Kyoto student punched him sending him flying back. Megumi was fast enough to get behind the Kyoto student. I had turned around towards Inumaki "Will you be alright?" he just nods his head and starts getting up with the help of me and walks towards Megumi "mustard leaf".
Inumaki started walking towards the curse "Inumaki you'll hurt yourself more!" I yelled out to him while Megumi also said to him "It's way to strong!" The curse and Inumaki were slowly walking towards each other. When they got a certain distance Inumaki used his cursed speech "blast away" and blasted the curse into the other building. After Inumaki did that he spitted out more blood and fell down, then we see the curse sit up and say to us "You can't hope to cut me with that dull blade." My head started hurting again but then we see Maki come behind the curse and try and cut it.
Megumi had also ran over to the curse with a blade trying to cut it. Then Megumi pulls nunchucks out of the ground. Maki had knocked it back pretty far away, but due to how much pain I was in I didn't see what else happened because I had blacked out. Before fully blacking out I was picked up and felt soft fur so I guess he was the one carrying me. 'damn I really need to work out in how to not black out from my quirk' after thinking to myself I let darkness take over me.
