"I'm in the wrong universe....." Megumi x reader

Chapter 13

So a heads up this chapter only has the next episode in Jujutsu Kaisen a little bit, I know its a big fighting moment, but I  have something possible a little more traumatizing or at least emotional for (y/n). So, I hope you enjoy - A/N

  I'm stood at one point in the barrier using my curse energy in long range. I use it to squeeze the head as the keep coming up one by one, while Megumi and Nobara use a short range tactic. They eventually get to where I'm standing "Geez, how many of these ugly bastard are there?" I say already feeling a bit warn out, but can still keep going. " I guess we just keep going like it's whack-a-mole, huh?" Nobara says. Megumi glance at me silently checking on me  "Yeah, we keep going. Keep on exorcising them. We'll just wipe all of them out. Its unlikely to retaliate."

  "I do get what you're saying. Its technique covers area, so its main body doesn't have much offense." Nobara shots back walking a bit away "I just said its unlikely" "Man, why can't we get any of the easy jobs" I grumble.  Then all of a sudden we hear a thud and hear Nobara give a strained noise. Megumi and I turn her way "Kugisaki!" "Nobara!" we yell out as we see her getting pulled by in arm. But, of course in Nobara fashion he says "I'll be fine. You guys just whack the mole." Before she's gone "Damnit, she keeps getting sucked into things" Megumi quickly looks towards me to make sure I don't end up with the same fate as Nobara. 

  While still staring at the hole Nobara went through I didn't realize that the other curse was coming towards me, not caring if I got trampled on the way to go through the hole. I finally look back to see it getting closer so close I didn't have time to move out of the way. So, I close my eyes and expect what's about to happen, when I feel myself fall down words and here my name getting called by the other two. 

------3rd Person------

  (Y/n) groans finally opening her eyes and feeling in pain. "What the hell just happened?" she says to herself. She finally gets up to see that's she in an alleyway "How the hell did I get here?" She finally decides to get some answers and walks out to the sidewalk. The sees that's not totally busy on the streets or sidewalk only a couple of people. She could tell that is was late in the evening by the beautiful sunset, but she still couldn't tell where she was. That was until she saw someone. Someone familiar, but she couldn't put a finger on who.

  That was until everyone started yelling his name 'Hawks' and she just stood there slowly processing the information. She didn't even realize she started crying, and as people started to pass they saw her crying and started to whisper. That's when on one of the big screens in the city and news station started talking. "Now on to previous new. UA student (y/n) (l/n) is still missing. Todays marks 6 weeks since she disappeared." That's when she tuned out the news station.

  '6 weeks? But its been 6 months not weeks?' She thought and she was so in her thoughts that she didn't realize that people had stopped and point saying 'isn't that her' 'hey isn't that the UA student'. The other thing she didn't realize was someone got the attention of Hawks that the missing girl was just a few feet away crying and started walking towards her. Hawks very slowly brought a hand to her shoulder breaking her trance.

  She looked at the pro hero with bloodshot eyes and her shaking body. "Hey, your ok kid. just take a breath and will get you back home." She doesn't listen to anything he said after because she went back to her thoughts when he said home 'But home isn't here. Home is Jujutsu High with Yuji, and Nobara, and Megumi....' Then she imagined how Megumi felt in that moment all she knew is that she needed to get back to them. Not realizing she starts to cry more and that makes Hawks sweat a little and he just decides he needs to get her to the police so she can get back to the school.
