(a couple mouths before)

Tim took a long draft of his coffee. He had just woken from one of his crashes, and was ready to go. He was going to a small coffee shop that his family hadn't found yet and bribed the owners to give him decaffeinated coffee.

He ordered a muffin and got ready to work. The marketing department had some ideas that needed to be signed off on. The techs had found some bugs in their website. Everyone had something that needed him to look at. It would take hours of not being disturbed.

He'd been at it for at least three hours, when he stretched from the crouched position that he had been. He looked at the door to see a blonde haired woman walk in, or she seemed to float. A serene happy smile on her face.

She walked up to front counter, "hello Delores. How are you?" She talked in an English accent.

The girl smiled at the blonde. "I'm doing good, Ms Lovegood. The usual?"

"Oh yes. That would be lovely." The woman nodded. She gave Dolores the money for her order. She turned and seemed to be looking for something. When she meet Tim's eyes, he some how knew this meeting would change his life.

The blonde walked up to him, and stuck out her hand to him. "Hello, may I sit with you. It awfully lonely eating by one's self."

Tim nodded before he knew what he was doing. He inwordly cursed. It seemed that his brain was getting tired from working for three hours straight, he needed coffee. The woman sat in the seat directly infront of him.

"My name's Luna, what's yours?" She asked curiously.

"Tim Drake." Luna nodded, humming.

"I've heard of a Tim Drake, but you can't be him."

Tim raised his eye brow. "And why's that?"

"Because he may be a vampire." She said calmly, as if she didn't just say something strange.

Tim choked on the air, coughing several times.

"Oh dear, are you alright there?" She sounded concerned.

"Yes, just what makes you think that Im- I mean, Mr Drake a vampire?"

Luna seemed to perk up. She reached in her the large bag she had with her, and withdrew what seemed like a magazine.

"This is my magazine. I write one article per magazine, but others can send in theirs and I'll publish it in it. This magazine has the article on the Wayne family of vampires." She looked everywhere for a moment, then leaned in gesturing for Tim to do the same. "I think its slightly out there, but you never know in this world."

Tim smiled. "May I?" He gestured to the magazine, which Luna handed over easily enough. He looked it over and held back a laugh. So many of the articles were laughable. Then he got to the last one, and blinked.

"Superman or a biased news reporter?" He asked in a small voice. Luna nodded.

"Oh yes. That was one I wrote. The nargles were really instant that I publish that one."

"The nargles?" Tim asked, confused.

"The are tiny creatures like fairies, but they love to prank and steal your things. They are also terrible gossips, but they are always right in their information."she said cheerfully.

Tim nodded, "and they talk to you?"

"Yes they often have nothing better to do you see and they get really bored easily."

As Tim was going to open her mouth, called for Luna to pick up her oder. Tim watched her go and pick up a small bag and a cup. She came back and sat down. She put the cup infront of Tim and dug in to her blueberry muffin.
