𝐏𝐀𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐒𝐇𝐄 𝐅𝐄𝐋𝐋 to the ground completely and utterly exhausted. She almost collapsed so many times throughout the day she had lost count. The sun was only currently half way in the sky meaning it was in the afternoon. She still had a full day of training and had only been blessed with a break.

'From the shit I just went through, I think it's safe to assume that our dreams aren't connected.'

She looked up at the sky still gasping for breath but suddenly she could hear Tomioka speak making her tense up.

"Come eat..." Blinking she glanced up seeing Tomioka sitting on the engawa with food as it seemed. Sitting up she slowly got up then turned and walked over to sit with him. Sitting down next to him, she could only reminisce on the times in her dreams where she would sit with Tomioka and hold him.

'It's quite comforting.....'

Calmly she ate while thinking about the various dreams she had. It was a small thought she had but she knew the raveonette sitting next to her wasn't really talkative. What harm would there in talking to the version of him in her dreams. It would be nice to tell him how her training was going.

Or nice to kiss him again...

Finishing her food she glanced over to Tomioka who was still eating and noticed some rice on his face. Smiling softly she couldn't help but to find him to be adorable. Flinching she noticed him glance over making her glance away from him. Y/n began to kick her legs while she waited for Tomioka to finish eating and their training to continue. Soon enough she could hear Tomioka stand up from the engawa.

Glancing over to Tomioka she waited for him to say that they would continue with training.

"Let's go."

'Time for some more helish training.'

𝐖𝐀𝐋𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐑 𝐓𝐎 Tomioka she sat down next to him while heaving out a tired sigh. She watched Tomioka glance over to her quiet curiously.

"Everything's sore." She whined as she laid her head on Tomioka who jumped a bit.

"The training....was it too much...?"

"Yeah but I'll pull through somehow, if I don't train I'll simply get killed." She sighed out as she knew this was the truth of it all. She could not train but Tomioka won't always be around. That being said if she didn't want to die and not find a way home then she would need to train.

"I can make it easier..."

"As tempting as that sounds it would take a lot longer for me to get stronger and I might not even get strong." She grumbled as she buried her face in Tomioka's shoulder. Oh how she would love to simply have easier training but she doesn't want to take forever just to get stronge.

"....do you need a break....?"

"Again that would be amazing but I have to get stronger." She mumbled out enjoying simply just sitting with Tomioka. Sitting up she reached over and looked over Tomioka who seemed concerned. She had to make sure that he wasn't injured and thankfully he wasn't.

"I wish I could hold you like I do here." She whined as she pulled Tomioka over to her while gently patting his head.

"I-...."

"You were so adorable earlier." She said with a smile and glancing down at Tomioka. She liked whenever Tomioka got flustered when she kissed him or complimented him. Y/n made a mental note to do that more often.

𝐒𝐇𝐄 𝐋𝐄𝐓 𝐎𝐔𝐓 pained groan as she hit the ground once more. Groaning in pain she sat up and tried to catch her breath. Once again she's been flipped over by Tomioka.

"Fuck did that hurt."

"Get up." Perking up she was quick to try and scramble to her feet once more after picking up her wooden sword. Getting back into the stance she had gotten drilled into her for the past week.

'Alright just try and pay attention.'

Swiftly Tomioka rushed towards her while swinging the wooden sword he had. She was about to try and block him but remembered that he could easily overpower her. Moving to the side she tried to avoid his swing and she did but now he was swiftly swinging at her again. This time she tried to block seeing as he wasn't too close.

Suddenly he moved his wooden sword and she had gotten hit in her stomach and she was watching the world turn upside down again.

"Ack.....ow." She grumbled out as she now once again had a nice view of the sky.

"Soon enough I'm about to see the sky as much as Muichiro." She grumbled as she dragged herself off the ground without Tomioka telling her. She could see Tomioka still standing and ready to attack.

'I've gotta charge in first...how would I catch him off guard. I don't think I can...'

Charging forward she tried to remember something the main character did charging in first meeting Tomioka and how he charges into battle now.

'Alright time to channel in my old high-school acrobatic skills....that I never really had.'

She was quick in dashing to the side after getting close to Tomioka and swung for his neck. She was sure it wouldn't hurt him to much if she managed to him. Suddenly Tomioka shifted and was swiftly swinging at her side and she turned her wooden sword and blocked his hit. Skidding to the side she let out a tired huff and got back into her stance.

'This is going to be difficult.'
