Nina's point of view:I had a weird feeling in my stomach, I wasn't used to this group of friends yet. We sat together, a candle the only thing keeping us warm. According to Seth, the group had been coming to this endless field for years and it was a tradition to come here, every Friday and tell scary or gruesome stories to one another, but for some reason tonight, no one had anything to share tonight, and the group sat silently among one another. Kara, spoke about feeling unwell and began to head away from the group, and as I was closet with her, I decided to follow. Kara and I had grown a strong friendship in the group, and I was glad, as it seemed the other members of the group were unsure of me. Kara was indeed, the reason I joined. We'd become so close in the last few months, that she thought I should be part of her group. She was my best friend and I knew her back to front, so when she told me she was a murder, I didn't know what to think anymore. She was scared so I held her in an embrace, but inside my body was screaming of fear, what if I was to be killed?
As I peered into the distance, I saw a tall, slim figure appear out of the darkness. My heart began beating fast and sweat poured down my neck. I thrust Kara's body away from mine and pushed her to the ground, not thinking of her, only thinking of my safety. She screamed for my help, but in fear, I ran from her, not knowing what else to do. I left my best friend, not knowing that she would be taken away from me.
