Aiko stared up at the tall boy- As if they weren't just talking about him. He was shocked and due to low processing speed, he took a few moments to gather what was going on. Haru was just blankly staring at him as if he'd seen a ghost.
Aiko: Haru?!
Haru: Aiko?
Aiko tried to get up and immediately the most embarrassing thing happened. Aiko always had a low iron level, so if he stood up too fast, his legs would give out and he'd fall back down. He got up... and... never mind- he plummeted towards the floor face forward. He closed his eyes, bracing himself for impact; he waited quietly for the crash on the floor of Mei's carpet but it didn't seem to come, he slowly squinted one eye over to realize he was floating a few inches off the ground. That was strange, he had never been able to hover when falling. But then he felt something stable supporting him, wrapped around him. He turned around to see Haru, lightly lifting his back off the ground in order to keep him from crashing. Aiko got super flushed and started waving his arms around, trying to get out of the position. Haru just held him closer to himself. Aiko shook off his hoodie and threw it across the room, trying to hit Haru with it but failing.
Aiko: AHHH- DROP ME, RAT!!
Haru: No!! You will literally fall-
Mei: You guys are the cutest couple~
Both of them stopped suddenly. Haru and Aiko both slowly turned their heads to look at Mei. Haru looked flabbergasted by the words that had just been said. Whilst Aiko looked like he was about to murder her. Mei scooted away slightly. Haru let go of Aiko, he landed on Mei's fluffy carpet and rubbed his backside as he had landed on the wrong side, he was probably bruised. Aiko looked up and started to angrily snap at Haru.
Aiko: WHAT WAS THAT FOR?!
Haru: YOU ASKED ME TO-
Aiko: I DIDN'T KNOW IT WOULD HURT SO MUCH!!
Haru: HOW THE F*CK IS THAT MY FAULT?!
Both gave each other a long glare into each other's eyes and then... they burst out laughing? They both thought what had just happened was so funny- Mei sat there, confused by the little show that seemed to have just commenced. Puzzled, she turned her head slightly, wondering what was about to happen. Haru held down his hand and Aiko took it, letting Haru pull him upwards. They stood there, laughing together; they both immediately started to flush up when it dawned upon them- They where still holding hands? Both of they boys looked away in a flustered attempt to try and cover up the fact that they where blushing, neither of them letting go of each other's hand. Mei still had her phone out. She snapped a quick photo, she'd send it to Aiko later as proof Haru did in fact like him.
Mei: Liam: zero, Haru: one.
Even though Mei had whispered those words, Haru had always been great at hearing. His head abruptly turned around to glare at Mei, who put her hand to her mouth and giggled a bit. She winked at him and held up the phone, showing off the photo of him and Aiko holding hands. Haru got a little redder but ignored it. He mouthed 'don't you dare show him that.' And she mouthed back 'watch me~' Haru abruptly let go of Aiko's hand, bringing the tension and blushing to a bare minimum. Aiko kept his eyes on the wall for a few seconds before finally turning his head and let his gaze join Haru, looking towards Mei's phone.
Aiko: DELETE THAT PHOTO-
Haru: AHHH-
Mei: NO, I WON'T.
Aiko took a deep breathe and picked up his own phone, seeing there where sooooooo many notifications from Liam. He slowly typed a response.

I'm at Mei's house-

i'm coming over. We need to talk.
Aiko panicked and grabbed all his stuff, which was just his phone and hoodie. Normally he'd be just fine seeing Liam, just dandy- but right now, he needed desperately to not let him see his boyfriend blushing and hanging out with a boy that could ultimately make him feel threatened. He knew if the two of them met, Liam would quickly start saying things to Aiko that weren't true and Aiko didn't want to be forced to choose a side between a handsome man he just met, who was supposedly his soulmate or something like that, and his boyfriend who had been around for a few years, who he also loved. A lot.
Aiko: Goodbye!! I have to go- Love you two!!
Aiko sprinted out the door, making his way outside, luckily, it wasn't too sunny, otherwise his skin would pay. Aiko had always been quick to sun burn. He ran all the way down the block home, smiling at himself whence he arrived. He quickly saw Liam's newest notification and texted a response, he let out a sigh of relief at Liam's answer.

Aiko wiped his forehead and made his way inside his house, being as quiet as a mouse, not trying to disturb any residents because he didn't wanna get yelled at or see his annoying sister's face. He tip toed up to his room and shut the door quietly; no one really needed to know he had come home, right? That was just soooo unnecessary. He looked at his phone for two notifications, one was from Haru. He frantically tapped it.
Haru<3
You okay? You left in quite the hurry-
Yeah I'm fine I was scared my boyfriend would come over ): I didn't wanna see him
Haru<3
Why not?
He's a bit controlling...
