Espresso x Madeleine cookie [oneshots] [discontinued]

Espresso's pov—

Me and Madeleine were walking together near our hangout area, we didn't really have anything to do but we were bored and it was a sunny day out.

"Hey Espresso."

"Yeah Madeleine?"

"Can we hold hands...?"

"Uh, sure."

Me and Madeleine intertwined our fingers and we kept walking, I rested my head on his shoulder and closed my eyes slightly.

"Why did you want to hold hands?" I asked.

"I like the way your hands fit into mine." He smiled.

I turned the other way and blushed a bit, that stupid smile of his it's so...cute to where I can't stand it, but he does it all the time.

"Ah, here it is!" Madeleine said while interrupting our thoughts.

I turned to where Madeleine was looking at, there was a picnic set up near a cherry blossom tree. There were flowers planted everywhere. It was really nice and pretty.

"Here come sit." Madeleine gested me to sit next to him.

I followed Madeleine and sat down next to him, we talked and played around together. We had a nice time together.

I was lying on his lap, slowly falling asleep.

"Don't go to sleep yet, I want to show you something."

"Hmm?" I hummed.

I looked up and saw Madeleine point to the cherry blossom tree we were sitting next to, the flowers were glowing and there were fairy lights around the tree.

"Espresso..."

"Yeah Madeleine?"

"I want to give you something."

I got something out of his pocket. It was a case, he opened it and it was a necklace that had a coffee bean on it and my name embroidered on it.

"Here."

I took it from him and smiled, "Thank you... Madeleine."
