I am at Fault

I am sorry for being me,
I am sorry for being imperfect,
I am sorry for being impulsive,
I am sorry for being not enough,
I am sorry for being a burden,
I am sorry for being weak,
I am sorry for being sensitive,
I am sorry for being sorry.

The society built me this way,
The environment around myself taught me to be like this,
The parents, the whole family made me who I am today,
So am I, convincing myself that I am okay even if being me is not really okay.

I am not pointing my finger on someone,
I'd rather hold grudge for being who I am than being who they are;
I am certain that this will be not my last and final self-assault,
'Coz I'll continue to forgive their wrongs, and repeatedly proclaim that it is my fault.
