Prologue: Project Hera

Have you ever thought or dreamt that what if one day... wala ng mga babae sa mundo at puro lalake na lang ang natira?

It would be chaotic right?

Since how will we be able to continue in creating the next generation if wala ng babae sa mundo?

Men can't reproduce without women...

And unfortunately for us, this nightmare turned into a reality where 99% of the population are all males... and the 1%... it's the last female on earth and tagged as the last hope for humanity.

But I'm hoping that soon, babalik ulit sa normal ang lahat and we'll be living in a world kung saan may mga babae na ulit.

Hi! I'm Hunter Lozano!

Ever since I was born into this world, namulat na ako na wala ng babae sa mundo. Hindi ko na rin naabutan 'yung mom ko since as soon as she gave birth on me, sadly, my dad said that she died.

I asked dad what happened kung bakit nawalan na ng babae sa mundo... but he didn't fully answered my question.

Ang sabi niya lang, there was an accident that occured year 3051, and due to a radiation leak that occured worldwide. Fortunately, wala namang nagksakit and no signs of any threat to mankind after that radiation leak...

However, it was a year after... lahat ng babae sa mundo, sabay sabay silang nanghina until hindi na nila kinaya at namatay sila...

It was confirmed na mga babae lang ang naapektuhan ng radiation leak and walang epekto ito sa mga lalake...

Another fortunate series of event is that... may isang babae ang nakaligtas while she was on a space exploration mission, and that was Graciella Hernandez—a 21-year-old renowned astronaut.

And as soon as nakabalik na siya sa earth, doon niya na napagalaman... na siya na lang ang kaisa-isang babaeng nabubuhay sa mundo.

And after that... she was treated like a queen and was taken care of so that she can bear healthy female babies to make sure that the next generation will continue...

Thus, the Project "Hera" was proposed since nakuha ang name na Hera sa the Goddess of Women and Childbirth.

Project Hera is headed by Dr. Frederick Lozano, a top reproductice endocrinologist and a scientist and siya ang naatasan upang pangalagaan si Graciella Hernandez sa panganaganak nito at upang isilang ang isang babaeng sanggol.

However, there is one problem...

Lahat ng nagiging anak ni Graciella... all were male babies. Scientists also tried to alter the genes but to no avail...

So, even though Graciella was treated like a queen, she's been living in a prison for the rest of her life trying to bear a child yearly hoping that she'll give birth to a baby girl.

And if in case that Graciella, the last female on Earth dies... then I don't know what will happen to the human males na matitira.

How will we be able to cope up living with each other?

How will we be able to repopulate if men like us don't have the ability to bear a child... will there be a hope for us?
