After about thirty minutes of crying and screaming, they had finally managed to get me off his body and calm down.

"I'm sorry, it's my fault, I- I'm gonna go to the berg" Thomas left quickly.

"It's ok Y/n" Minho held me "He wanted you to have it"

"He should have just took it"

"Look I know this is an emotional time and everything, I'm gutted, but we can't stay here" Gally said.

"I can't leave him here" I whimpered into Minhos chest.

"I'm sorry Y/n. We should get back to the burg, he would have wanted you to be safe"

"I want to take him with us" I sniffled, wiping dampness from my cheeks "I want to bury him properly, I can't leave him here"

Minho and Gally exchanged looks for a moment, then Minho looked down to me "Alright, we'll bring him, now we need to hurry"

"Why are you still here?" I asked.

She didn't look at me as she spoke "You were always a smart girl Y/n. You have a good heart"

"Newt- he's dead" I told her, my voice trembling "Just, leave the others alone"

She turned to me "I will"

A gunshot sound burst my eardrums. Scarlett red seeped through her white clothes and she dropped dead.

I looked up to see Janson, surrounded in smoke from the gunfire. He quickly jabbed something into my neck, making me stumble back in pain. My brain went foggy, and I fell to the ground.

"You should've run Y/n" He said.

Then everything went black...
