As she and Johnny were working, Jamie realized she was thirsty.

"Hey. I'm gonna go get a bottle of water. You want one?" she offered.

"Yeah, thanks. Here," he told her, holding some money out to her.

"No. It's on me," Jamie politely declined.

"You sure?" Johnny asked.

"Yeah. Letting me stay with you and your dad and being a part of your group is what you've done for me. Let me return the favor, starting with this," she told him.

"Alright," he smiled while putting his money in his pocket.

Jamie then went down to the vending machine and got two waters when she heard someone calling her name.

"Jamie!" a female voice whisper-yelled.

She looked around until she saw a little light brown mouse with a blue dress. Remembering what her dad texted her, she smiled at her.

"Hey, Maddie," Jamie greeted, going to her.

"Hey, Jamie," Maddie returned.

"What's up?" Jamie asked, bending down to her level.

"Both our dads decided to send someone you already know and trust here to look in on you," Maddie answered, making Jamie nod, then she continued, "Also, I was briefed on what went down before I came here."

"So you know about Mike convincing those bears to go after Rosita because he said she had his money and I stopped them?" Jamie guessed.

"Yeah, but here's the thing. He says that he didn't do that. I ran into him when I first got here and he was being chased by them like in the first movie," Maddie explained.

"Then why would they do that? Just to get a rise out of innocents and pen the blame on someone else if they were caught?" Jamie wondered.

"Could be. But he wants to get this straightened out with the cast if it can be helped," Maddie said.

"Well he better, 'cause it won't be easy," Jamie commented then added, "I gotta go. Johnny's waiting on me and we're working on some songs."

"You're in their show? That's awesome," Maddie smiled.

"Thanks," Jamie blushed then replied, "We each have a solo and I requested our duet to have dancing. And when he told me he has someone who can help, I'm assuming he texted Nooshy."

"Wouldn't surprise me. She's an awesome dancer," Maddie commented.

"She really is. I mean, I've danced since I was three and can't do some of the moves she can do," Jamie remarked.

"Well, I'll leave you to it and I'll see you soon," Maddie said.

"You got a place to stay?" Jamie wondered.

"Yeah. Mike offered his place," Maddie said, Jamie was about to object, then Maddie went on, "After what went down with the bears, he's trustworthy. Also, I bet Johnny offered for you to stay at his place."

Jamie blushed and said, "Fine. But I'm watching Mike at all times and you should do the same."

"Alright. Bye," Maddie waved.

"Bye," Jamie did the same.

By the time Maddie left and Jamie went upstairs, Nooshy came out from behind the stage door.

"Who are these girls?" she asked.
