Chapter 8

Somewhere...(Before (Y/N) left Tamayo's hiding place and joined Tanjiro's journey.)
Nakime was just sitting in her usual spot and waiting for Muzan's orders. Suddenly, she heard Muzan say to bring him to the Infinity Fortress so she did what he said. Once Muzan was in the infinity fortress, he stood next to Nakime.

"Nakime bring the Upper Moons here," Muzan said. Nakime nodded and strummed her biwa. Each time she strums her biwa, an Upper Moon appears. Once all of the Upper Moons are present, they all bow down to Muzan.

"I know all of you are asking why you have been brought here. I have another mission for all of you," Muzan said.

"What would that be, master?" Akaza asked.

"I need you to find and bring me a woman named (Y/N). She has (h/c) hair, wears a long (k/c) kimono, and wears a white mask. ," Muzan said.

"What is so important about her?" Daki asked nicely but on the inside she was angry.

"Kokushibo, tell them what you saw and what happened," Muzan said. Kokushibo nodded.

"She is...much stronger than all of us...because she killed a demon...without a nichirin sword," Kokushibo said. All of the Upper Moons are shocked.

"How? Is she a demon?" Douma asked.

"No... she isn't a demon. All she did was...just raise her hand and...the demon was in the air...struggling to escape her. The next thing that happened, the demon...was surrounded by wispy black smoke and died. Then, she disappeared leaving black smoke... like she teleported. Meaning she has powers," Kokushibo said which made the Upper Moons even more shocked.

"I encountered her in Asakusa city, but I wasn't able to get her because a demon slayer was with her. But, I will show you a vision of what she looks like," Muzan said. The Upper Moons started seeing a vision of (Y/N) back in Asakusa city, falling to the ground after accidentally being pushed by Tanjiro which made her mask fall off showing her face. The Upper Moons couldn't help but blush because of how beautiful (Y/N) is. They stopped blushing when Kokushibo spoke up.

"Master...may I speak?" Kokushibo asked. Muzan nodded.

"Go on," Muzan said.

"I found out...another power of hers," Kokushibo said which made Muzan amused.

"Continue," Muzan said.

"After encountering her in the forest, I continued searching for her...I found her outside near Asakusa city...and she was saving a little girl...from an abusive father...(Y/N) told the little girl to find her mother in Asakusa city...Once the little girl left...(Y/N) turned the abusive father into this," Kokushibo said as he showed the gnome he is holding and the gnome was trying to get out of his grasp. The Upper Moons' eyes widened.

"Ooh~, what is that?" Douma asked.

"I heard...(Y/N) called it a gnome," Kokushibo said and handed the gnome over to Muzan who gladly took it.

"Interesting," Muzan said as he examined the gnome who was shaking in his hold. After examining it, Muzan ate the gnome.

"All of you are dismissed. Remember to find the blue spider lily and bring (Y/N) to me alive without a single scratch. If I see a single scratch on her, you are dead to me," Muzan said as he said the last sentence in an angry tone which made the Upper Moons scared.

"Yes, master," all the Upper Moons said. Muzan looked at Nakime telling him to bring him to his room. Nakime nodded and strummed her biwa. Then, she strummed her biwa again bringing the Upper Moons out of the Infinity Fortress.

(Y/N)'s POV
It is morning right now and Nezuko was already back in the box. The doctor is checking on Tanjiro, Inosuke, and Zenitsu. He said that they are completely healed and ready to leave. I already know since I was the one who healed them. Zenitsu is blushing while giving flowers to me which made me sweatdrop. I didn't notice Tanjiro and Inosuke glaring at Zenitsu. I started thinking about how I would be able to get back to my world. Should I just wait for a portal to open, but when will it open? My thoughts were interrupted when I heard a crow cawing and went into the house. Tanjiro lends his hands out for the crow to go on top of it.
