"Wassup gang" I said walking up to the table where we meet up for lunch
"Waddup" the boys said dapping me up
"Hey" the girls said waving
I sat down next to Tj and sighed.
"How's football going ?" Dj asked
"It's straight just been hella sore lately" I chuckled
"That's what your out of shape ass get" tj said munching on a bag of chips
I looked around before scrunching my face "where's Layla ?"
"Don't know haven't seen much of her lately" Cameron said with his head in his textbook finishing notes
"Maybe her and ole boy been around each other a lot lately" tj said shrugging
"Nahh I've been texting her and she hasn't replied" india said drawing
"Same" Veah and dj said
"And no one decided to go check up on her ?" I asked rising my eyebrows
"Nah just figured she wanted to keep to herself you know Layla always stay to herself" Veah said
I shook my head "some friends y'all are"
I got up and grabbed my book bag " something ain't right imma go check on her"
"Let us know how that goes"
"I'll see y'all later" I said walking towards the parking lot
I had already finished half my classes for today and the rest of them I didn't need to go too because I already completed everything.
When I got to my car I threw my book bag in the back and started my car up.
I Bluetoothed my phone to car play and played music as I made my way towards Layla house.
Once I pulled up to her apartment complex I parked my car and grabbed my book bag before getting out the car and locking the door.
Knocking on the door I waited for it to be answered.
As I was about to knock again the door opened showing a very tired and down Layla.
