Daryl's POV

I wake up knowing my hand wasn't there, and that if I looked down it would only be blood. They we're all sleeping, the temptation was too strong, I turn my head to the left where my hand used to be. Then all I see is a puddle of blood, I wake up Maggie and tell her that there was a lot of blood and that I was scared. I don't think that there should be this much blood. Like I means yes, I don't have a hand but the bleeding should stop by now.

"The only thing that will help you is that you keep hydrated. So go drink some water from the well, it will help you get better." She tells me in a comforting voice.

"Okay." I say walking over to the well.

I grab my water bottle and fill it up with water. I don't feel like I should be drinking lots of water right now but Maggie knows better so I guess I should do what she says. I drink half of it with my eyes close and then notice that the water was green. Like green poo.

"Maggie are you sure the water is clean?" I ask concerned.

"Yes it is clean." She tells me from a distance.

I'm not so sure that it is clean but it taste the same. So I drink all the water in my water bottle. I fall asleep for 2 hours.

Later on I wake up and see Maggie is putting a new bandage on Sara's ankle. I stil feel really bad for shooting Sara, I didn't want to hurt her. Carl is helping Nicole up. Carl starts to walk towards me in concern.

" Dad why are you so pale and why is there green stuff coming out of your mouth?" He asks with a worried face.

" I don't know."I tell him. I was feeling tired and very dizzy. I was also overheating with sweat pouring down my face.

"Maggie where is the green stuff you got out of the zombie?" I ask her.

"It's in my pocket." she tell me putting he hand in her pocket. "It's not there! It probably fell in the well!"She says to me, panicking.

I drank the water from the well. I knew that at this point nothing could save me. I started to feel even more dizzy and tired and then everything went dark.

"No. He's gone!" yells Maggie.
