Zain's POV

It's been a two weeks since I've seen my wife's beautiful face. She hasn't texted me, called, or even come around to check for me. She was probably happy with James keeping her company.

I don't know what to do, this can't keep going on. I moved out of my dorm with James and moved in with Yaseen who was grateful enough to let me stay. His roommate wasn't there, although I have no idea who he is.

Today is a Wednesday... Wednesday's used to be my favorite day. I just got out of my class and now was walking with Yaseen to our dorm, I keep getting a feeling that Fatima is in their with Talia waiting for me...but she isn't I know.

"Today's Wednesday.." Yaseen breaks the silence.

"Yeah" I kept my head down.

"Have you talked to Fatima anytime lately?"

"No."
Yaseen shoves his hands in his pockets and shakes his head. "You look like something's on your mind. What's up?" I say.

"Look..." He hesitates but takes a deep breath and starts again, " look...I know you think she cheated on you, but she didn't." He stops me in the middle of the hall to get my attention. "She loves you Zain and you need to see that. I know I haven't said anything about this since the incident that took place two weeks ago but I just didn't know what to say and how you would take it. I had to find out the truth and I did." I give him a surprised look. "Yeah I know I didn't tell you. I found out the truth on Saturday. I talked to Fatima too, and I'm sorry for talking to your wife but we kept our distance. She's not cheating on you for all I've heard." He took a deep breath than gave me a friendly pat and began to walk down the hall.

All of a sudden jealousy rose up. Why would he talk to my wife?! But I let it pass. "And what is it that you heard," I say.

He stops and turns around giving me a tone, "Maybe you should go talk to her."

"I don't believe you, how do you know she's not lying? She's cheating and I know it."

"For goodness sakes man!" He starts to sound annoyed but caring in a way. "I've always looked up to you, a good man who always kept Allah by his side and I'm proud to call you my friend more so my brother. But for the first time, I just can't believe it. Due to one little incident you've seem to have lost it. Just took two weeks...two weeks, for me to not know who you are anymore. This is not my brother, I understand it's hard but all you've been doing is running away from the problem. Talk to Allah man. Pray to him, ask for guidance." He looks away and breaths heavily.

Yaseen was like a brother to me and he's never talked to me the way he did now. He's been holding this in since what happened, and finally he blew up. I didn't really know what to say. He was right.
I walk up to him and he looks my way. "Your right." I sigh.
"Yeah I know." He chuckles. "Now please, Zain go talk to her." I nodded my head.

Maybe I should meet up with her today, or give her a call.

I followed behind Yaseen without a word till we reached our dorm. He opened the door than suddenly stopped leading to me bump into him. "Oh! I think I'll leave you two alone." He says.

Two?

He walks away and I see Fatima sitting on my bed. Just the sight of her seemed to pull out all my pain and replace it with love. Her face, looking pale and drained out. Her eyes red with bags hanging underneath. She wore a red hijab with a black burka. She looked beautiful.

Fatima's POV

"It's ok girl. Please stop crying, come on. Things well work out." Talia says reassuring me.
