Sapphires pov:

Me and the boys finished helping Carmen. We were walking upstairs when one of the boys placed a hand on my shoulder, ''we are sorry saph, we shouldn't have done what we did this morning, can we call a truce". Max asked softly. I suppose, only if there isn't a single prank in my direction". I told him as we continued to walk upstairs. We went into the game room as the boys went onto a video game, and I began working on painting my most recent piece of art, a present to one of my friends' brothers after she died. "Who is that sapphire". Tyler asked me confused. "That's Sophie rose, or as i called her Rosie, we wherein a home together for a while, we shared a birthday so we were called twins, but she took her own life away two years ago, me nearly following, so i went to a hospital to help me for a while then i was brought here, and he was placed in a boys only home at the other end of the town, mike said he would take me once it is finished so i can give him it". I told them as a tear rolled down my cheek pain coming back after not talking about her for so long just letting the love of my life and my old friends behind me in my past, not having contact with them for a year now. "Oh saph i am so sorry". The boys apologized hugging me tight. "It's OK, it was a while ago". I said I hated my words because it was OK. We all sat down again and I wiped my tears then suddenly our ears were filled with the sound of two boys shouting coming from down the hall and lots of running footsteps. We hurried out the room to the end of the hall we just got to the back of the crowd in time to see Johnny punch Logan then his body went limp, me and Tyler ran towards the stairs at the other side of the house, Tyler had jumped down four steps and i was about to take my first step when i heard a bang coming from above me, "go Tyler i will see what happened , i shouted before running to the attic. Max runs through the crowd to Logan . When I got to the attic stairs I saw the lift at the top and knew it was hope, "hope, stay where you are, don't move a muscle, I am getting help". I shouted before pressing the emergence button. I ran up the stairs to see her lying down on her belly, her face on the floor "hope are you alright", I asked, kneeling beside her. "It hurts, I can't open my eyes. "Well don't move, everything is going to be OK, '' I kept reassuring her. "Girls what happened". Mike asked worriedly. "I tried to stand, after the bang but my legs are gone". She cried. "Well let's get you down stairs our wounded shoulder". Mike said picking her up in his arms with ease, carrying her down the stairs as i carried her chair down. We walked to the guess room. "Can you knock my dear". He asked me softly. "Of course". I said knocking on the door softly hiding my shock and worry. "Come on in". Logan's voice called from inside. " we have another wounded shoulder, that you need to have a talk with, before tomorrow". Mike called as I opened the door so he could walk in holding Hope, me following him. I placed the chair next to the bed after mike sits hope in the bed sitting next to her. "Sapphire can you please pass me the first aid box". Mike asked me softly, looking at Hope's eye. " yep". I said passing him the kit, before sitting on the chair next to Logan. "What happened to her". Logan asked me, scared. " she tried to stand and walk to find out what was going on but her legs couldn't support her and she fell". I explained to him as Mike finished cleaning up that she now had cream on her eye and eyebrow and a strap on her wrist. " Sappier, you might wanna head down if you want lunch and if you could ask Carmen to send two plates up for our soldiers. "Of course Mike, see you guys later". I said before walking out of the room and towards the stairs glad they are on but worried for them asking Carmen what Mike told me before joining the others at the table not really eating.

Logan's pov:

We sat in an uncomfortable silence while Mike cleaned up hope, then when he finished he finally spoke up. "Right hope your eye will be fine, but please don't try to stand unattended again sweetheart OK, and Logan please take it easy, now i need to fill out some paperwork, and speak to Carmen, please behave and call if you need anything". He said, kissing each other's heads. "OK mike thanks''. Me and Logan said at the same time, as someone pushed the door open carefully. "Hi you two, i brought you both up for some lunch you must be hungry". Carmen said and gave us a try with two plates with one and a half hot dogs each with a couple chicken nuggets and some chips each, with salt, and tomato ketchup. "Thanks Carmen ''. We said on the cushion before she walked back out of the room with mike. "What happened to you, Logan ''. Hope asked me worry evident in her stunning sapphire eyes "Johnny punched me and knocked me out, he didn't like the fact that I was helping you. But I am fine and he probably was just worried about you". I said taking her hand trying to calm her down knowing the reason Johnny got so protective and knowing he would have done the same for his sisters. "Thank you for always being here". She said, kissing my cheek before we started eating. We are talking about anything and everything even getting into an argument on what Sirius blacks favorite song would be. "Logan what did mike mean before tomorrow". Hope asked, her voice shaking. "I have agreed to see my sisters and meet their family. They are coming round tomorrow. They want to adopt me, they want me to be with my sisters.'' I said, trying to hide my joy. "That's an amazing Logan, you will finally be together again". She said, smiling brightly. "I won't leave until I know you are OK of course and it will be while anyway because they are moving to a bigger house, and closer to here so we will be close, so I can visit you and you me". He said holding my hand. "Don't let me hold you back, my dream is to be here with Johnny and the girls. Go be with your sisters, get your dream Logan like we both always wished". She said softly yet strictly. "I will but we won't ever lose each other", he whispered, hugging me. "Never we avoid sticking together the second we enter the evil Agatha's car and I will stick to it near or far wherever and whenever distance can't break us apart". She whispered, kissing my cheek like she did that day in the car. We were interrupted by a soft knock on the door. "Come on in". Hope said softly before the door opened revealing Tyler and johnny. " I am just grabbing the plates". Tyler said before grabbing the plates and leaving again. Johnny is still standing at the door, nervous. "Come on in johnny please", i said softly. "I'm sorry Logan, I just didn't want to go through what she did again". Johnny said looking at Logan hurt. "Johnny i know what they did and i won't ever let anyone hurt her again, and i wont lose her again. I meant what I said earlier. And i get it i would have done it if i was in your position both with hope and my own sisters anyone tried to do anything that might or upset them i think i would kill them". i Said bracing myself for another punch getting a hug in return feeling worried about bringing my sisters up. "We can take turns with late nights and early mornings and getting bandages and things. She is my little sister. I will do anything for her and I hope we can be friends. And I wouldn't blame you if you did. It's a brother's job to protect his sisters" He said, holding one of the hopeful hands and holding one out to me which I took and shook, taking the other hand. "Yes we can, but you owe me a bowl of popcorn, and to hang out with us a lot more", he said smiling. "I will, and I will get you popcorn in twenty minutes by then everyone will have cleared out the kitchen. And I would love to hang out with you all more". He said smiling as we had a group hug. "Will you be staying here tonight or coming back to our room?". Johnny asked not to let go. "I will be coming back". I said softly, smiling. Suddenly there was a snap of a camera. "Mike". Hope whined giggling causing me and johnny to jump looking at the door seeing a smiling mike with his camera out. "What it was cute". He smiled at us before sticking his tongue out like a lizard. "Is there a reason you interrupted our cute moment?". Hope asked, making finger quotations at cute raising an eyebrow. "Yes the girls of the house have roped us into watching sunshine on Leith if you three want to join, i think even saph will come down". He said smiling. "I will". Johnny said, smiling too bright. "Same me and hope said at the same time causing us all to laugh. "OK I will get your three quilts, pillows and mattress then". He said smiling then leaving. "You were too excited about that big brother". Hope said with a giggle. "What a great film and they are good looking", he said, rolling his eyes. "Who?'' I asked , smiling. "Ally". He said blushing. "You have a good pint big brother". Hope said, smirking, causing him to smile. "Oh hush". He chuckled as I stood up slowly. "Right, let's go downstairs". Hope said let me help her transfer "oh and johnny don't be shocked when you hear a camera mike is constantly taking photos for our family's photo album i can show you it tomorrow". Hope said smiling as we went towards the stairs, me pushing her as Johnny walked besides us transferring hope to the stair lift as saph got to the stairs. "You three made up then". She asked with pain in her voice. "Yea we are fine". I said smiling as hole went down the three following us. We transferred her again then wheeled her to the living room. All of us had comfy clothes anyway so not bothering to put pyjamas on. The rest of the house was already sitting down one of the couches clear so hope could sit. Saph surprisingly went and sat in between Tyler and Max smiling as they both hugged her and she hugged back. I am glad they called a truce no more morning wake up calls to them fighting. I lifted hope over to the couch, me and Johnny sitting at either side of her with Erica Christina sitting in front of us, us all sitting content. the younger ones in the house upstairs watching a kiddy film. And I was happy that my family was happy. That's what is important, I suppose, I just smiled, not listening to Mike ramble on about movie night rules. This place isn't just a house its a home and everyone who passes through these doors becomes a part of our crazy family weather you are here a night or 5 years you are apart of it and you probably have at least one photo in the book and you will be remembered by the people you met here i said in my mind holding one of Logan and one of Johnny's hands
