• he would have some source of band aids on, ofc some with cute little doodles or characters

• a few scars or scratches around his face

• since in the anime/manga his bandages are neat i headcanon that he struggles to tie them himself that they become lose instead of tight– so he would ask atsushi sometimes yosano to help him

• messy/poofy hair; uncombed 

• bitten nails– from the time he went undercover he would morn for oda's death, he would sometimes catch himself biting his nails, but now since he's "better" he stopped and they are slowly recovering 

• he has very dark bags, so bad that he uses concealer to hide them– although it would be very messy, almost noticeable since he doesn't know how to use it well

• he has a slim built body, buff yet thin. he doesn't eat much instead he perfers to drink– since in the mafia he wouldn't have the time to eat or would never have a proper meal (yk the canned food)

• doesn't like to work cause in the mafia he would always work and now that he has the freedom to do anything he lays back and is carefree

• since chu was taught by kouyou i feel like she would use makeup on him to test color for herself but he had gotten so use to that he does them as well 

• like the last headcanon he wears eyeliner and plucks his eyebrows

• he paints his nail black (maybe rings too)

• when dazai was in the mafia he would sometimes ask him to help him cut his hair, but now that he's gone chuuya would cut his own hair with his blade/knife but accidentally cuts his hand which explains his uneven locks and gloves

• another reason was dazai used to make fun of him that he couldn't cut his own hair– so now that he does it, its like an achievement and is proud of it

• wears a lot of (men) jewelry and has piercings 

• doesn't wear a suit or anything plain like everyone else in the mafia cause it reminds him of dazai– simple and plain yet the most respected, so chuuya tries to be bold and active, the opposite of dazai

•  i headcanon that he used to be a "badboy" with messy hair and such which explains his attitude now (and long  neat hair)

•  he has light bags– says he sleeps at 8 but in reality its hard for him to do so and would sometimes lay awake in his bed up to 2 am

• the only reason why he wants a perfect schedule/ideals is cause his life isn't prefect and focuses too much on his ideal world rather than making them a reality

• he wanted to cut his hair but doesn't cause he found that braiding his hair releases stress 

• has hand cramps– keeps his notebook close cause its his way to vent 

• he likes fish(ing) and lighty roasted bonito– i feel like his parents (if he has some) wouldn't do anything and so he would have to cook his food himself

• he hates unplanned things cause as a child and growing up his life would go out of control, which explains why he wants everything to be perfect and be in control whenever he has the chance

• he would have acne from the amount of sweets and unhealthy food; and most likely has braces 

•  doesn't work a lot cause back then he would be forced to work, an explanation of why he is always laying back in the agency

• eats a lot of sweets cause he use to not have much too eat 

• is always wanting attention cause he used to be ignored and never respected– which is why he has a sassy attitude towards people

•  we can see that fyodor works a lot in the dark with multiply computers so i headcanon that he wears glasses 

• he slouches a lot since he is tired and tends to sleep a lot in a chair 

• has a very slim and thin body by the lack of nutrition

• likes purple cause it can be the brightest color yet a dark one as well 

• keeps himself in layers of clothing cause he tends to become sick very easily (easily sensitivein weather conditions)

• is always working or always occupied, he knows its bad but he has nothing better to do 

• he also doesn't sleep cause he has insomnia another one with dark eye bags
