Chapter 20

Everyone go home 4 hours, after Bruce finished fixed Sasha wrists, they dropped all their progress in their mission and went straight home. Pepper was home early and she went straight to Sasha's side. The sight of Sasha makes Pepper cry.

When the rest of them got home they were right beside Pepper, eyes teary hoping for Sasha to wake up soon. Sasha sleeps for six hours, for six hours everyone waits for her to wake up. No one left her side.

Sasha starts to wake up wrists in lots of pain, the pain drugs have wore off.

"What's going on?" I ask. My wrists are in tons of pain. Everyone is huddled around me with red eyes and stuffy noses.

"Oh my god, Sasha you're awake, thank god." says Pepper grabbing my hand. I flinch in pain and she lets go quickly "Sorry, sorry."

"We were so worried about you." Says Steve lightly patting my leg.

"How did the mission go?" I asks, everyone was back so it must have went well.

"We did finish the mission, Sash. We rushed home when we learned what happened here." Says Natasha, tears are slowly coming down her cheeks.

"damnit I'm sorry, I know this mission was important to you-" I say.

"Sasha, you are way more important then any mission." says Tony coming to my side. "Just, we all want to know why."

I avoid the main topic and just bring up the 'theripist'. "The theripist was horrible."

"What was wrong with Dr. Newman? He's supposed to be the best there is." asks Pepper.

"First of all, the two sessions we had he was 20 minutes late but the first one he told me it was karma and that I deserved what was happening the second session he tried to ask me out and make a move" I explain.

"He what!" Loki practiclly shouted. "If I see that, gods know what I will do-"

"Loki relax, nothing happened I was able to handle the situation myself." I say calming him down. "But can I get more pain meds over here. My wrists are on fire."

"Right, sorry Sasha." says bruce you puts more pain meds into my IV.

"so, now what?"

"Well you're going to stay in the infirmary for another couple of hours. After that you can do what you want, just keep your wrist bandages clean and try limit movement best you can." Says Bruce.

A couple of hours go by and everyone wishes me good health. Bruce runs more tests making sure the work he did on my wrists is good.

I walk around the tower looking for Loki. I finally find him in the training room. I was given access to the whole tower since everyone is back and watching me.

"Hey, how's it going?" I ask walking into the training room where Loki is beating up a punching bag. He is sweating and his knuckles are turning raw and bloody.

"Horrible, just horrible." Says Loki punching the bag even harder. "I'm having the worst day ever and I bet it's pretty damn bad for you too."

"Loki...." I say coming to his side putting my hand on his shoulder. Loki stops punching and turns to you. His eyes are red and his face is blotchy. His hands are shaking.

He lets me clean him up, cleaning and wrapping his knuckles. We sit in silence for a bit before Loki says something, "Tony blamed it on me when they first got back from the mission."

"I'm sorry. It's not your fault and you know that." I say rubbing my hand on his back.

"I explained it to him, how I came home to surprise you and I- I found you in your room." Loki says trying to hold back the tears. "Why did you do it. Why try ending it?"

"I- I don't know. It just felt like the thing to do." I confess. Loki nods not prying anymore. "You wanna watch a movie? I'll get everyone together and we can have some fun."

"That sounds nice." we go to the movie room and get Friday to tell everyone they have no choice but to watch a movie with us. While we wait I make a shit ton of popcorn for everyone.

They come into the room and sits down. "So, what are we going to watch?" asks Steve.

"I was thinking we could watch a classic, back to the future." I offer.

"Sounds good with me." Tony says. Everyone one nods in agreement and I put the CD in and it start playing.

We watch all 3 movies before deciding to go to bed. Everyone says goodnight but Loki stays behind to help me clean up.

"I'm going to go get some fresh air." I say after we finish cleaning.

I grab my phone and earbuds from my room and I go to the roof. I go to the edge and lay down parrallel with it. I plug in my music and start singing 'House of Memories'.

I listen to music for 30 minutes before the weather starts to pick up. The wind is blowing strong and it starts to drizzle. It's oddly relaxing.

I stand up and stand at the very edge and look down. The tower is hundreds of feet tall looking down at the city below. All the lights sparkle like star in the night sky.

It is peaceful up on the roof of the tower. No noises only my music and my thoughts.

A strong gush a wind blows, and makes me loss my balance causing me to fall forward, I let out a scream. It's not like I wanted this, but I don't not want it. The speed I fall at feels amazing, all sound blurred out by the sound of air rushing by me.

Loki comes through the door that leads to the roof just in time to see Sasha loss her balance making her fall forward off the building. Loki rushes to the edge where she fell "SASHA!!" yells Loki its the last thing Sasha hears before all sounds compeletly drown out.
