Chapter 9

Monday
6:10 AM

~Beep~Beep~Beep~Beep~

I wake up early to get ready for my first day of school. I get out of bed, get dress, go downstairs, and eat. When I was done with all of that it was already 7:00 AM. When I was about to leave Ichigo stops me.

Ichigo-"Fumiko don't you want me to walk you to school?" He asked.
Fumiko-"Yeah can you hurry up I don't want to be late." I said with a smile.
Ichigo-"Ok let's go." He says as we leave.

We walk in silence for a while.

Ichigo-"You nerves?" He asked curiously.
Fumiko-"No."
Ichigo-"That's good."
Fumiko-"We should hurry or we will be late." I say and start running.

When we get to school I go to the office to start attending school. When I was done they gave me a uniform, books, class schedule, and told me what class I would be in and where they are. I went to the bathroom to put on the uniform. 'I always hatted this uniform.' I think and head to class.

When I got to the classroom door I knocked on it. I heard the teacher say something, but I couldn't under stand her. The door opened and I walked through the door. I could see there where a lot of student in this class. I recognized a few of them. Ichigo, Orihime, Chad, Uryu, and Rin.

Teacher-"This is our new transfer student. What is your name dear?" She said sweetly.
Fumiko-"My name is Raven. Nice to meet you." I say to the class.
Teacher-"You can sit between Ichigo and Rin." She says and points to where I would sit.

I walk to my set and sit down, and put my bag on the back of the chair. I payed attention to the teacher. I could feel someone looking at me. I looked to my left to see Rin looking at me.

Fumiko-"What you staring at?" I whispered.
Rin-"Oh n-nothing." She says and looks away.

'I know it's been awhile, but I think she can recognize me in this Gigi.' I think. I look past her to see my old desk. There are flowers and a pitcher of me on it.

~Time skip~
~Lunch~

At lunch I sat alone thinking if Rin can really recognize me or not.

Ichigo-"You look like your thinking about something. What is it?" He asked.

'God dam he knows me to well.' I think.

Fumiko-"I was thinking about Rin. It looked like she recognized me. She had that look in her eyes that says 'this cant be real.'" I explained.
Ichigo-"Yeah, she has been acting strange around you today." As we where talking Rukia ran up to us.
Ichigo-"What's wrong Rukia?" He asked.
Rukia-"Hollows in the shopping center. Lets go." She says, and gave us both a soul candy.

We ate the soul candy and told them to stay at school. Then we ran to the shopping center. When we get there we see 2 hollows there.

Rukia-"Ichigo and Fumiko you take one and I'll take the other."
Ichigo/Fumiko-"Ok." We said at the same time.

We take out our zanpakutos. Ichigo charges at the hollow.

Fumiko-"Spark a blaze, Kasai Ryujin!" I yelled, and charged at the hollow.

It only took one hit from both of us to kill it. Rukia killed the other hollow then we left to go back to school.

~Time skip~
~After school~

I was leaving school with Ichigo when I heard some one running behind us. I turn around to see who it is. It is Rin.

Rin-"Raven." She yells.
Fumiko-"What's up Rin?" I asked.
Rin-"Can we talk?"
Fumiko-"Sure, Ichigo you can go on a head without me."
Ichigo-"Are you sure you should be talking to her?" He whispered.
Fumiko-"Yeah, I'll have to talk to her and tell her sooner or later." I whispered back.
Ichigo-" Ok I'll see you back at home." He says and leaves.
Fumiko-"What did you want to talk about?" I asked.
Rin-"Well..... It's kinda strange that you look like a friend that died a while ago." She said in a sad voice.

'She must really miss me.'

Fumiko-"That's because I am that friend. I'm Fumiko."
Rin-"That can't be true..... Sh-she died." She said in disbelief.
Fumiko-"Would you like me to prove it?" I asked.
Rin-"Yes."
Fumiko-"When we where 15 you told me you where seeing spirits, and strange monster things."
Rin-"I only told Fumiko that.... Fumiko is that really you?" She asked unsure.
Fumiko-"Yes... Lets go to Kisukes I need to show you some thing."
Rin-"Ok." She said and we head to Kisukes shop.

Kisukes shop

When we got to Kisukes shop know one was out side. We then inside, and know one is in the shop area.

Fumiko-"KISUKE get out here now!" I yelled. Rin had sweat on her head.
Kisuke-"What do you want I was sleeping!" He yelled back.
Fumiko-"I need to show Rin what I've been hiding."
Kisuke-"Oh, follow me girls." He says, and we follow.

We go down to the under ground training room. I hear Rin gasp at the size of the room.

Kisuke-"Can she see spirits and hollows?" He whispers to me.
Fumiko-"Yes." I confirmed.

I take out a soul candy from my pocket.

Rin-"What is that?" She asked.
Fumiko-"It's a soul candy. There is a soul in this little candy that will be in my body." I say and ate it.

My soul reaper form popped out of my Gigi. Rin looks really surprised.

Fumiko-"Rin are you ok?" I ask.
Rin-"Yeah, I just haven't seen you in so long." She says as tears start to stream down her face.

I walk over to her, and give her a hug.

Fumiko-"I missed you to. You probably have some questions for me I will answer any question you have." I say as I released her from the hug.
Rin-"How are you still alive, what are you, and what is that body?" She asked.

I tell her every thing of what happened during the time I have been dead. I answer all the questions she has for me.

Fumiko-"I know this is a lot to take in right now, but you can't tell any one that I'm a soul reaper."
Rin-"Ok I won't. We should probably get home it's getting late." She says, and I walk her home.

We don't say any thing the whole way there. 'Is she mad at me, or is she piste off at me?' When we get to her house I ask.

Fumiko-"Are you mad at me?"
Rin-"No I'm just taking in a lot right now." She said somewhat happy and sad.
Fumiko-"Ok well I should get going see ya." I said and leave.

~Time skip~
~Ichigo's house~

I walk in side the house and said.

Fumiko-"I'm home!" I yelled.
Isshin-"FFFFFUUUUMMMMIIIIKKOOOO!" He yells, and jumps at me.

Before he could jump on me I kicked him, and sent him flying into the wall.

Isshin-"Ooowww. Why?" He whined.
Fumiko-"Because Ichigo said I could if you did that to me I could punch or kick you." I said and walked up stairs.

When I was almost to my room I herd Ichigo yelling for me. 'He probably wants to know how it went with Rin.' I thought, and went in his room.

Fumiko-"What's up?" I asked.
Ichigo-"How did it go with Rin?"
Fumiko-"Good I think she understands. It's going to take her a little bit for it to sink in." I explained.
Ichigo-"That's good."
Fumiko-"I'm going to go to bed see ya in the morning."
Ichigo-"Ok."

I left his room and went to bed.
