Chapter 2 "Affection"

Calvin and Roxy had wasted so much time just talking with each other in her dressing room that the both of them lost track of time. Time.... "The time!" Calvin yelled

"What's wrong?" Said Roxanne

"Do you know what time it is?" Calvin said with worry in his eyes

"It's about 40 minutes till 3 Zeke" Said Roxy. Ezekiel was Calvin's first name, but no one ever called him by his first name.

"Oh my god.... I'm screwed!" Calvin started panic.

"Why what's wrong?" Roxy said as she got up walked over to him

"Do you know what this means?" Asked Calvin

"No..." said Roxy softly

"My class must have already left without me!" Yelped Calvin

Panic started to fill his brain as he looked up at the ceiling trying to calm down

Roxanne promptly walked over to him and grabbed his face. Her fur was warm on his face.
"Look at me..." There eyes met. Inches away from each other.

"Oh shit" Calvin thought to himself

In that moment when there eyes locked, he could hear her saying something to him but it was like time slowed down.
"Calvin?...." "Calvin you in there?"

He regained control over himself
"Hey uh what?" "Sorry" Said Calvin embarrassingly. He was as red as a tomato

"You in there?" She had a frustrated look on her face but deep down she was very worried about him.

"Yea sorry I think I blanked out."
Said Calvin

"You were saying something about the time?" Said Roxy and an annoyed tone

"Oh yea, I'm gonna have to find a new way home now". Replied Calvin

"Well I've got good news for you" Roxy said

Calvin perked up

"I can contact your mother using her mobile number and let her know that your still here". Said Roxy

"Well now I've got bad news..."

"What?" Said Roxy

"My mom just got a new phone a couple of weeks ago... I have no clue what her new number is" Said Calvin

"You're supposed to know things like this dumbass!" Roxy growled

Without realizing it they had both ended up in the floor with Roxy direct in front of Calvin

"Well chances are your mother and the police will be looking for you tomorrow, and this is most likely where they would start looking first". Roxy chirped

"Hey your right!" Calvin stood up

Calvin knew he could just hitchhike home, but fuck that. Hot robot wolf girl more important.

Only after Calvin had stood up, did they realize that they were both in the floor.
Calvin extended his arm to help her up
"I'm fine" Roxy murmured as she hoisted herself up
Her robotic parts clicking as she stood up.

What this meant for Calvin is that he would get to spend the next couple nights with his new friend from the PizzaPlex.

What this meant for Roxanne however. Is that she would have to introduce him to the rest of the gang the next morning.

Calvin and Roxy eventually got bored so they went to go play some of the many games they were in the building. Fazerblast, Montgomery Gator golf, and Roxy even took him to race along side her at Roxy Raceway, even thought it was off limits. They visited the daycare and met Sun while they traversed the play structures, Roxy could barely fit in them. But she still managed. When Calvin got hungry Roxy took him to the Kitchen area so that he could make himself a pizza.

"Ya know this is really good for mall pizza" Calvin said with his mouth full

"Has anyone ever taught you to eat with your mouth closed?" Said Roxy

She wrapped her paw around his mouth and forced it shut.

"Ow!" Screamed Calvin as he spit all of the remaining pizza out and held his mouth.

"You made me bite my tongue!" Said Calvin

Roxy couldn't understand him because of the tongue but she understood what happened.

"Oh my god I'm so sorry Calvin!" Her eyes started to glass over while blood emerged from Calvin's mouth

He rushed over to the kitchen sink holding his mouth. It was a small cut but for some reason it bled profusely.

Calvin noticed while he was washing the blood out of his mouth that Roxy had her head in her palms. She was crying.
He dried his mouth out and went up to her.
He gently grabbed her head and lifted it up.
She had been silently sobbing.

"Hey?.... It's okay Roxy" "I'm alright see?"
Said Calvin
She hugged him tightly at that. It surprised him. It was a pleasant surprise. She's a robot but to Calvin, that was the warmest hug he's ever had.

"I'm sorry I just thought you were hurt, and it's all my fault" Whimpered Roxy

"Roxy I am ok see?.... I cleaned all of it out." "It was only a small cut" 
Said Calvin.
At this point she had stopped crying. However they didn't realize they were still in each other's arms.
Calvin, having absolutely no rizz whatsoever, has no clue what to do in the situation.
Calvin awkwardly steps back towards the sink to clean up the mess.

"Hey Roxy?"

"Yes Cal?"

"How do you know my first name?" Said Calvin

"My Identification module told me your full name, date of birth, and your parents names." Said Roxy as her ears twitched

Calvin and Roxy headed towards the red double doors leading out of the kitchen.

Well, if she didn't like me, she wouldn't have looked up my parents and stuff.
