Christmas was right around corner. Calvin was trying to get himself into the Christmas spirit, but it just wasn't the same. He wouldn't get to see his family or any of his friends. This is where his stupid spontaneous decisions begin to catch up with him.

Calvin woke up next to Roxy. She slept in the bed with him that night, so her battery would be low in the morning.
"Roxy". Calvin whispered
Her eyes opened and she smiled when she saw him.
"Hey". She said
"You can't even sleep can you." Calvin said
"Nope, just did a system restart and listened to your cute snoring all night". Roxy giggled.
Calvin rolled his eyes and walked towards the bathroom. He stared at the mirror and looked at himself for a while.
"Calvin, I'm gonna go play arcade games with Chica!" Roxy yelled as she ran out of the door.
"Bye, love you." Calvin said
That was unusual of her to just leave and not tell him I love you. Whatever~
Calvin hopped in the shower and got dressed.
I love her, but I hate living like this.

Calvin chilled out and just did nothing. He just layed in bed and had one of those 1000 yard stares. Not thinking about anything. Just laying zoning out to a blank thought. After some time, Roxy came back to the dressing room, at this point it's basically her house. Their house. But while she was out with her best friends Chica and the gang, he sat alone in solitude. She did go through hell just to keep him by her side, but he missed his life. It was Christmas and he wouldn't get to enjoy the company of his family.
"Hey". Roxy said as she took her jacket off.
He snapped out of his trance when she spoke.
"Whatsup." Calvin said
"Are you okay" She said
"Yea, why?"
She walked up to him.
"You seem off". Roxy said
She started rubbing his shoulders
"If I tell you something you promise you won't get mad?" Calvin asked hesitantly
"Of course." Roxy said
A brief moment of silence passes between them
"I've been really down lately"
