It was a couple weeks before the super bowl, Calvin and Roxy were relaxing in the living room watching the AFC championship game while Calvin's mother was at work.
"I hope the orange team wins"
"Why?" Said Calvin
"Because there mascot is a tiger, tigers are awesome!" Roxy exclaimed
Her excitement put a smile on Calvin's face
"There actually called the bengals, Rox". Calvin muttered
"Same thing" Roxy said
The sports broadcast was interrupted by a brief commercial, which prompted Calvin to grab the remote and change the channel.
He picked the news channel and sat back down. He then looked over at Roxanne but only to find her mouth agape and her eyes wide.
"What?..." Calvin looked at her and then glanced at the TV

"Do you think they know I'm here?"Said Roxy
"Not a chance". Calvin said
"I hope they don't find me here" Said Roxy
"I don't think they will Rox, and if they do I won't let them take you" Said Calvin
She was very tense
"It's okay Roxy, there not gonna find you... okay?" Calvin said in a comforting tone.
His eyes met hers for a brief moment and soon after they shared a kiss.
"I love you Calvin."
"I love you too Roxy"
She was no longer tense or scared, all of the worry left her mind.
Calvin changed the channel back to the Football game as it was well past the commercial break.
They held each other tight for a while.
This relationship between them was a lot deeper then it seemed. They might not realize it but they were made for each other. They were bound to be together.
After the game was over, the pair decided to go back to bed. They gave their nightly farewells and headed off to bed, Roxy went to the wall outlet and Calvin went to his bed.
