He found what he was looking for.
Calvin found the old "Fredbears family diner". The place was boarded up and abandoned.

It was about 9pm. And the ground was damp.
He couldn't really see where he was.

He creeped around the building and found an open window with only a loose board keeping him from it. He made quick work of the loose board and entered the cold, empty building.

"Holy shit" Calvin said

The walls were lined with black and white checkers. It was very old.

He saw the old stage and the dining area.  It reminded him of the pizza plex.

He scanned the walls, looking for a "Parts & Service" room.

He opened his back pack and opened up the blueprint he sketched into his notebook.

"It should be right here" Said Calvin

He then realized the boarded up entrance about 5 feet in front of him.

It looked to be boarded and nailed up from the outside?

They really didn't want anyone going in there.

Calvin began to tear some of the boards down.
He stuck the flashlight in his mouth, so he could use both hands.

Finally, after a good 5 minutes of ripping and tearing at the boards. It revealed a door, labeled
"Dressing room"

"Fuck!" Calvin exclaimed

"I wasted all that damn time and it ain't even the right room!"

"If I knew that, I would've ju-

Calvin stopped talking.

A small draft of wind had swept the door open, which revealed a room with a wooden desk adjacent to the door, next to that was a closet full of fabric costumes.

Calvin found what he was looking for.

As soon as he stepped foot into the room, he felt this overwhelming sense of dread. Almost as if, the moment he walked in that room... he lost every fiber of innocence within him. Like he was leaving behind everything that he was, everything he'll ever be. That was destroyed the second he walked in that dressing room.

Calvin stepped into the room and started scanning the walls with his flashlight.

There was some metallic parts laying on the ground and on the desk. He noticed a yellow rabbit head on the desk. It had eyes like a normal animatronic, but the head was wearable. He picked it up and examined it.

"Okay, this has got to be a spring lock head". Calvin said

It had a crank on both sides of the head that connected the jaw piece to the head.

He slipped the head piece on. The metal scraped his face a little bit, it was very uncomfortable to wear ... but it fit.

The moment his eyes aligned with the eyeholes in the mask, something happened. It's almost as if he was having flashbacks but the flashbacks were from memories he's never had. He saw murder, pain, misery, turmoil, regret ... just things that no one should have to see.

Calvin started to cry.
He tried to pull the head piece off but it wouldn't budge. He kept seeing the flashbacks in his head, over and over and over again.

"Make it stop!" Calvin cried

The images in his head stopped appearing. There was silence.

He was leaned against the desk, trying to collect his thoughts.

"Phew... okay". He took a deep breath.

He reached into his bag to pull out his notes.

EXCERPT FROM CALVINS NOTES*

IN ORDER TO REMOVE ANY SPRINGLOCK EXTENTION OR LIMB. THE ENTIRE COSTUME MUST BE CONNECTED TOGETHER VIA SPINAL CRANK. THIS WILL ENABLE USER(S) TO LOCK AND UNLOCK THE COSTUME.

He stuffed the notebook back into his pack.

He grabbed his flashlight and pointed it towards the springlock costume, without a head.

"That's the one."
He walked over to the suit and started slipping off his shoes so that he could fit his feet into the leg pieces.

Once he finished fitting the lower half of the suit on, he walked around to test the flexability of the suit.

"Pretty snug" He said as he walked around in the suits lower half.

He began to put on the top half of the suit piece by piece.
Calvin had the entire torso connected with the lower half... the suit was connected.

It was very uncomfortable and the metal inside of it scraped at his skin.

"Ok... time for the final part". Calvin said as he reached back to reach the crank on the back of the mask.

He pulled on it, prompting a loud clicking sound... indicating that the suit had been connected.

"Yes!" Calvin exclaimed.

He was tired, dehydrated and scared all at once.

He reached into his bag to grab the bottle of water that he brought with him.

"Now... the Pizza Plex is a 3-4 hour walk from here... not too bad". Said Calvin

Now, all he had to do was take the suit off.
Just as he was about to take the suit off, and pack it up, He started walking towards the door as he unscrewed the cap on the bottle and poured some into his mouth, spilling some in the suit in the process.

Just as he gulped his water down something happened.

*SNAP*

Just in that second, Calvin remembered one of the most important rules of the springlock suit... "NO WATER"

His vocal cords were immediately crushed by the springlock coils. Filling his windpipe with his own blood.
He fell to the floor, filled with panic. Unable to call out for help, and unable to stop what was inevitable at this point.

The coils shattered his fibula and femur bones at once, it was excruciating. Unable to breathe or walk, Calvin collapsed to the floor in a pool of his own blood.

He could feel the metal beams in the suit puncturing his lungs and internal organs. Which made it even harder to breathe.
He was gasping for breath and trying to take the suit off. Which was futile...

He was internally and externally loosing significant amounts of blood and he became light headed.

He regretted leaving home, he regretted coming up with this plan, and most importantly, he just wanted to see Roxanne.

As he gasped his final breath, his mouth became fastened to the suits mouth with jagged metal bars.

He closed his eyes and accepted his fate...

He woke up tied to a metal chair. He noticed the suit wasn't on him anymore and the wounds he once wore were gone.

He gasped.

"I- I... I'm not dead!" Calvin exclaimed.

"Not yet atleast". Said an unknown voice.
