A Punishment For The Self Centred

A/n: Liberator sounds like a slightly more human Ultron(Tom Kane) from Next Avengers: Heroes of tomorrow but this is just how I imagine he sounds if you don't like it you can change it.

Liberator was at the open airlock when a Cybertronian jet zoomed into the hangar, Liberator bowed as the jet transformed revealing the Decepticon leader Megatron.

"Liberator, I am pleased to see that you have wasted no time in steering this vessel in the right direction," Megatron said his optics glinting in slight pride as he looked at his lieutenant, Liberator got up from his knee and the pair started walking towards the bridge.

"Starscream was simply weakening our cause and delaying your plans, so he has been detained as a traitor, I believed his punishment should be left up to you my lord" Liberator stated as Megatron nodded before narrowing his optics.

"Your most recent report stated that you killed one of the Autobots and completed the burn-Op of the mine, is that correct?" The Decepticon leader asked as he stared at his lieutenant for any sign of lies.

"You are correct my lord, I encountered the Autobot's rescue attempt as I killed our hostage as he served no use to us, I made sure Prime witnessed it," Liberator said making Megatron smile as he chuckled gleefully imagining Prime's pained expression.

"Good work, Liberator and I will leave Starscream up to you, we have all the Mine locations from him now, do with him as you see fit" He ordered as Liberator nodded before splitting off from Megatron and heading towards the detention block.

Megatron continued his journey to the bridge where he encountered Soundwave who was standing to the side of the main platform where Megatron now stood looking down upon the planet that was in front of them.

"Soundwave, I want you to listen out for any transmissions relating to the Autobots, I want them found and exterminated!" Megatron ordered loudly as Soundwave bowed before following his command.

Megatron turned to one of the panels and activated ship-wide comms and started his message.

"My fellow Decepticons, it has come to my recent attention that my old second in command attempted to usurp my command, he will be dealt with accordingly, his actions have weakened the Decepticon cause, the Autobot traitors must be purged for a safe and secure Cybertron!" He shouted over the comms as every Decepticon that heard it started chanting.

"All hail, Megatron!" They chanted as it could be heard through every corridor of the Nemesis.

He then headed towards the dark Energon repository. When he got there he noticed the large amount Liberator had extracted from the mine, a large grin spread across his faceplates as his optics glinted maliciously.

Liberator is seen saluting after hearing Megatron's message before opening the doors to the Prison block where he noticed a slightly smug Starscream.

"Lord Megatron could never get rid of me I'm too important!" He shouted to an amused Liberator.

"Of course, I'm here to release you" Liberator played along as he unlocked the cage as the smug Starscream waltzed past him a large smirk on his faceplate.

Then he felt Liberator's clawed digits around his throat cables as he was lifted off the ground whilst struggling to escape the Enforcer's tight grip.

"W-What?!" Starscream choked out as Liberator turned him around so he was facing The masked Decepticon who was chuckling darkly as he brought his dual fusion cannon up to Starscream's chest directly in front of his spark.
