Holy Shit I lost my computer for like two days and we're at 1.92k reads, I genuinely did not expect this book to get this popular like at all so thanks. I honestly haven't had much time to think about this story with school and Family Issues (Don't worry not gonna disappear) and getting to get back to writing feels so nice. Just as like a warning I'm giving you like two chapters of happiness and then some more Angst...... Anyways don't wanna make this too long

Before we could even get to our new home we were being called back to Casita. "The house fell!" Someone yelled "What?" Hugo said. "They could be hurt we need to go back and help," I say as Mateo and Julia stop the wagon. 

As soon as it's stopped I jump out and run back to La casa. The only thought on my mind was making sure Camilo- I mean all the Madrigals were ok. When I got there Casita really had fallen, Dust was everywhere settled on everyone. Julieta started Calling out for Mirabel catching everyone's attention. I Look around for Camilo and find him sitting on a fallen beam looking at the palms of his hands. 

"Hey Hermoso," I say Camilo looks up, surprised. "Y/N! what are you doing here?" he asks standing up and pulling me into a hug. "Just couldn't resist me?" he says as he pulls back. A smile that doesn't quite reach his eyes is on his face. 

I put a hand on his cheek "Camilo I know you are Upset and confused you don't have to joke around. " I say and the smile on Camilo's face drops. "But that's who I am," He says "At least I think It is" Those words alone make my heart hurt. 

"Hey don't worry about that right now. First, let's find Mira, You can explain what the hell happened and then I can tell you about how much of a wonderful person you are, and I mean you, not one of the millions of other people you can turn into" I say, Camilo, smiles. "Wait Mirabel's missing?" Camilo askes. "You didn't know I thought you were all looking for her," I say 

Camilo Shakes his head. "No I thought she was being protected by casita," He says. "Ok well Obviously not, Let's go look," I say. Camilo nods looking blank. I mean losing your family home and your Cousin going missing all in one day is stressful let alone within an hour of each other. We walk around through the hills behind what used to be Casita for a while in silence before I ask "So what happened?" I asked. 

Camilo didn't answer at first clearly lost in thought. I nudged him with my shoulder "Milo?" He hums in acknowledgment "What happened?" I ask. "Oh I don't really know what lead to it, I think something with Isa, But I walked out of Mamá's room and Abuela and Mira were fighting. Abuela was blaming everything on Mirabel" 

I interrupted him "What's everything?" I say. "The cracks in the house, Our Tio Bruno leaving, Isabela being out of control, and Lusia losing her powers." I nod "Oh," I say Camilo nods. "But anyway, Mirabel says that none of will ever be good enough a lot of other things are said and crack break out every and the candle is knocked down. Mira runs to try and get it and I run to try and help her or at least catch her if she falls. Isa was swinging on a vine to do the same thing... I think. 

But Our powers stopped working and we fell on the floor and Casita pushed all out of the house just as it started to fall. Mirabel wouldn't have made it if Casita hadn't protected her" He says. I turn to him and pull him into a hug "I wish I could say it will all be ok" I say as Camilo wraps his arms around. "You being here at least makes it better Mi Amor," He says. "Hey, what's that" Camilo says.
