"YOU'RE FINALLY AWAKE."
You laughed at you Abuela's statement as you sat down on the table as she prepare your food.
"Kind of slept in." You said.
"I can see that. It's almost noon, I didn't wanna wake you up since you look so happy sleeping." She said as she sat down, looking at you as you eat.
You nodded. You couldn't tell her that you were so tired yesterday about what happened at Bruno's tower that the sleep you got wasn't enough to make your energy go back up.
"You're getting close with Mirabel." Abuela commented making you stop. "There's nothing wrong with that. I'm happy that you're interacting with others actually." She smiled.
After cleaning up you decided to go to the store to get some things needed at the house since you're running out of stock.
"Bonita!" You heard someone called and you stopped on your tracks knowing who it is. The certain curly haired male from the Madrigal family is standing beside you with a smile.
"Where are you up to?" He asked.
"To the market, I need to buy some stuffs." You said and he nodded.
"Then I'll accompany you!" Camilo said as he followed you.
"Camilo, I know you're here for something. Do you need anything?" You asked. You know Camilo wouldn't be here just go accompany you. There must be something.
"Well, I came here in behalf of Mirabel." He said.
"So, you came here to deliver a message?" You asked, to make it clear.
"Yes, but I'm not only here for that, bonita." He said as he lean forward. He gave you a cheeky smile.
You eyed him. "And what is the other reason?"
"I also came here to see you. I hope you're doing fine." He said, you can feel his sincerity. He might be worried about what happened yesterday and you completely understand.
"I'm fine Camilo, so what is that Mirabel wanted to say?" You asked.
He helped you carry the things you've bought as he told you what happened when you were gone at Casita.
"Luisa is losing her powers?" You asked, nervous on what's about to happen.
Sure, you don't know about them but as a human being you still care for them. Especially now that you know Mirabel and Camilo who happened to be part of the Madrigals.
