Pretty boy diggory ~ C. diggory

chapter 17

*Florence pov*

I woke up the next day. I couldn't remember what happened. All I remember was falling asleep on the stone wall in front of the Hufflepuff common room.

I felt someone stirring besides me.
I turned around and my heart stopped
Cedric diggory was laying next to me, again. I hadn't noticed his arm was around me until he pulled me closer.
Our faces were only inches apart.
Now I could see everything up close.
He was so perfect. He had no flaws.
His skin was so clear, it looked so soft.
His nose was perfectly shaped.
His eyelashes were long, were they always that long?
His lips were so plump all I wanted to do was kiss them over and over.
I only then realized I was edging closer to him. Our lips were so close.

Wait.

Where was my shirt.

I hadn't noticed my shirt was off till now. How did my shirt come off?
We didn't do anything, right.
No of course not, I mean he has a girlfriend. Oh my god, he has a girlfriend and I'm in bed with him.
Shirtless.

I slowly moved his arm off my waist and started to make my way off the bed. Once I successfully got up I started to pick up my clothes.
I put my shirt back on and started to make my way to the door.
Just as I was about to open the door I heard his voice.
"Where are you going?"
God his morning voice made me feel a certain way.
"I have to go".
"But it's only 7 in the morning".
"I know it's just, it's not right".
"What are you talking about?"
"You have a girlfriend and I".
"You what? What Florence".
"I can't be around you anymore".
"Why not, finish your sentences".
"Because I have feelings for you and I shouldn't, I can't".

And with that I opened the door and left, slamming the door behind me.
Why the hell did I say that?
What is my problem?

I made my way out of the Hufflepuff common room and started to make my way to my dorm.
When I got in my dorm the first thing I saw was Hermione walking out of the bathroom. She was fumbling with the buttons on her shirt.

"Hey flo, where were you last night?"
"I told you I was at the Hufflepuff common room talking to diggory".
"I know I just didn't think it would take that long".
"Well I didn't either" I snapped.
"Sorry I was just worried".
I was being such an ass.
"I'm sorry Hermione I just had a bad morning".
"What happened".
"I feel asleep on the wall waiting for him or someone and the next thing I know I'm in his bed shirtless and his arm is wrapped around me" I say out of breath.

"Wow, that's a lot".
"You think that's a lot, I also told him my feelings for him".
"Wow".
"Yeah well I think all I need is a hot shower".
"Ok well when you're done we'll get breakfast".

I nodded and made my way to the bathroom. I turned on the water and made it so it was hot but not so hot that it burns. I stripped out of my clothes and got in the shower.
It felt nice having the hot water hit my back. It felt as if all my worries and stress was getting washed away and down the drain.

I only took a five minute shower until Hermione came in yelling to get out.
I wrapped a towel around me and made my way out. I grabbed my robe and my shirt. I decided to wear a skirt today with leggings underneath.
Once I got dressed I put on a necklace my mom gave me. It had a thing muggles call a paper airplane on it.
I loved it. My mom had one to.
I also added on some rings.

It only took about 15 minutes for me to get ready. Though Hermione said it was an hour.
We made our way to breakfast and the boys were up and already sitting down. Ron of course was stuffing his mouth full of cereal.
And Harry was just quietly eating. He looked tired. He had bags under his eyes and his hair was messy.

"Hey guys" I say sitting down across from Harry.
"Hey flo, how was last night?" Ron asks stuffing his mouth yet again.
"Not good".
"Why what happened?" Harry says sounding concerned.
"Just wasn't what I expected" I say pouring myself some cereal.
"Did diggory do something?" Ron says swallowing his food.
"No I just had a rough night".
