Ella lay in bed and sighed. She looked to her phone. She knew Max was harassing her. He wanted to be with her. But she couldn't go there.

She knew how fresh it was. And she knew that she couldn't go there and do it to Alexis. They had just broken up.

Ella didn't want to be in a relationship. She just wanted to deal with her pregnancy. And making it work. Ella knew that it wasn't going to be easy.

Ella placed a hand in her bump sighed. She stood from her bed and got ready for work. 

She walked down into the kitchen and smiled as she saw Rachel. "How are you love?" Rachel asked.

Ella sighed. "Annoyed. Max won't leave me alone. I told him I can't be with him. I just want to focus on the baby. And I hate it. I wish he'd back off. I am trying to do the right thing. And think of the baby," Ella said as Rachel smiled.

Rachel knew how annoyed she was by Max Tyler. And how he was coming between her two girls. "I know. But you are being strong and not giving in to him. And that's what you need to do," Rachel said as Ella nodded.

Ella walked into the staffroom as she got to work. She saw Alexis and Tom as they stood talking.

Ella looked to her sister and smiled. Ella knew all that she had done. And she knew how bad that she felt about it all. She knew that she just wanted Alexis to be happy.

She knew Tom was a good guy. And how he would make Alexis a lot happier then Max Tyler. "What's going on there?" Ella asked. 

Alexis smiled. "Nothing for you to worry about," she said. 

Ella smiled. "Are you and Max really over? I mean I'm not asking for the go ahead. I am asking for you. If you are I think that you can go for it. Tom is a good guy. He makes you happy. I can see that," Ella said

Alexis looked to her and smiled. "It's not that easy El. But Tom is no Max. And that could be what I need," Alexis told her.

Alexis knew how she wasn't telling Ella how she and Tom had been having an affair for months. And how complicated that it was because of that.

Ella knew that it was complicated with Max. But she knew how she wanted Alexis to be happy whatever she did.

Ella sat in her classroom and looked to see max as he walked in. Ella looked to him and frowned. "What is it Max? I'm busy," Ella said.

Max sighed. "You have been avoiding me. I meant what I said. I want to be with you. And be a family," he told her.

Ella sighed. "I can't Max. It's too soon. I want to be single. I can't. I can't rush into anything. I can't do it to Lex. I don't want a relationship. I am having a baby. I need to focus on that," Ella said.

Max looked to her and smirked. "You'll give in. Sooner or later," he said as he walked off as Ella sighed to herself.

Asking herself how much longer she'd be able to resist him for.
