Ella woke and groaned. The morning sickness was driving her mad. She couldn't wait to have her baby. But she knew she would struggle doing it alone.

Rachel walked into her bedroom and sighed. She saw Ella sitting on the bed. "Are you okay?" She asked.

Ella nodded. "Morning sickness. It's killing me. I made the choice to get pregnant and sleep with someone I shouldn't have so now I have to live with this," she said.

Rachel sighed and sat with Ella. "You know you won't be alone. I'll help you and so will Alexis and Max," she said.

Ella paled at hearing Max's name. She turned to her mum. "I don't want him helping me. I don't trust him," she replied

Ella sighed as she sat down. Rachel had given her a job at the school helping out in the office. Ella could hear Max's voice.

Max walked in and frowned. "What are you doing here?" He asked.

"Mum gave me a job. Any problems with that?" She replied as she took a sip of her coffee. She sighed. "I need to earn money for the baby. You know your baby."

Max sighed. "Ella, if I could be involved then I would. I just can't mess things up with Alexis."

Ella shrugged. "I don't care Max. I'll do this on my own. I've had to do it once before. I can do it again. Besides that night, it was just sex. It didn't mean anything to either of us," she said.

Max couldn't believe how she was acting. She was basically telling him to not worry about the baby. His baby. He walked into the office not wanting to argue with Ella.

Alexis walked into the office and smiled. "How's it going?" She asked.

"Can't complain. The baby feels like it's moving."

"I loved that. Fancy going for dinner tonight? Max is watching Poppy so I thought you and I could go out and have some food," Alexis said.

Ella shrugged and nodded. "Sure. Got nothing better to do."

Later on that night, Ella made her way to the restaurant to meet her sister. She didn't know how she felt about being around Alexis knowing that Max was the father of her baby.

Alexis smiled. "Mum mentioned that you didn't trust Max. Is there a reason why?" She asked.

Ella shrugged. "I don't know. I really don't. I want to like him but I can't," she said.

Alexis nodded and took her sisters hand. "You know I love you. You're my adorable little sister and I want you to know that whatever happens, I will always love you."

Ella smiled slightly.

Ella climbed into bed and sighed. She didn't feel like talking to Rachel. She knew that Rachel had told Alexis she didn't trust Max and it annoyed her.

The door opened and Rachel walked in. "How was dinner?" She asked.

Ella glared. "Get out. I know you told Alexis that I don't trust Max. I told you that in confidence. You broke that."

"Ella I'm sorry."

"Save it."

Rachel soon left and Ella fell asleep. She needed to try and stop herself from telling Alexis everything. But could she tell the truth?
