Chapter 29: The Moment of Truth (Ninetail Fox) Part 1

[A/N: For Zeno's POV- Kiddo is Yun, Miss is Yona (and sometimes Mee-Yon), Priest-san is Ik-Soo, Big Brother is Hak, Ao is Squeaky, Kirara is Kiki while Kija, Jae-Ha, and Shin-Ah are Hakuryuu, Ryokuryuu, and Seiryuu.]

[Zeno's POV]

Kiddo: (touching Mee-Yon's forehead) Her fever seemed to calm down, but... (remove the towel on her head, put it in the cold water, squeeze it, and put it on her head) ... I'm not sure... when she's going to wake up.

Miss: ...Okay. (covers Mee-Yon with a blanket) As long Mee-Yon's fever didn't gone worst then it's fine.

Kiki: Mew... (sat next to Kiddo)

Squeaky: P'kyuu... (on Miss' shoulder)

        It's been 2 or 3 days that Mee-Yon didn't wake up from her deep slumber due to the fact, she's a ninetail fox and... they always take their slumber for a long time. When I meant a long time, a very very long slumber. Ever since her true form has revealed, she hid herself in despair. The reason why she's shutting herself out from the others because she thinks... they'll hate her. 

  Miss fixed Mee-Yon's pendent because the string was broken. So she used another string to fix it. Then she puts in on Mee-Yon's neck as a tear fell down a little, but she wipes it away. Mee-Yon... how much pain... would you endure alone? You know... you can't keep them forever... even when you get hurt. You'll cause yourself to get hurt even more than before.

~FLASHBACK~

[Mee-Yon's POV]

        As I cried onto Zeno's arms, I knew there's a chance that Yona and the others won't accept me. I know what it's like to be rejected from your love ones and friends... because... the past ninetail foxes were also rejected by the ones they trust. I hate crying like a baby and I know... tears won't solve any of my problems. I knew nothing nor anything would solve any of my problems because I'm always invisible. 

  I tried being one and act like one, but I'm not strong like the 4 dragons who were willing to protect Hiryuu for years while the ninetail fox... they'll hid their selves into the darkness... waiting for their awakens. Then... I felt my head was going to bust as I pushed Zeno away from me. My head felt like it was going to explode as I was holding it yet... as it looked like lots of my blood was rushing backwards. 

Voice 1: You broke it! 

Me: [thinking] What the—?! 

Voice 2: You broke your promise!! 

Voice 3: YOU BROKE OUR PROMISE, YOU TRAITOR!! 

Me: [thinking] Whose voices are these?! The ninetails or somebody else?! Whose?! 

Voice 4: I thought I trusted you! I trusted you for no reason!! 

Voice 5: You are a fool! Can't you tell that you killed the innocents of this village?! 

Voice 6: The reason why your mother suicide herself because you're the reason why you've became a monster! Can't you see?! She never love you!

Voice 7: THE REASON WHY I PRETEND TO LIKE YOU WAS USING YOU!!!  

Voice 8: Go fall to hell where you belong and die in a hole!!! 

Me: [thinking] !! Whose voices are these?! I don't know who they are, but why did I feel I know them?!
