I shut the door of my car and head straight up to vinnies room, jett had called me and said ever since the breakup he hasn't wanted to come out his room,

of course I was worried, we broke up a few weeks ago, right person wrong time type of thing unfortunately. I walk into his room to see him sitting on the edge of his bed, his head resting in his hands

'hey vin' I say softly while carefully sitting down next to him

he doesn't budge, 'jett called saying you weren't doing to great' he looks up at me with bloodshot and tearful eyes,

'I miss you' he whispers, my heart aches, I gently rub his back 'I miss you to but-'

he cuts me off 'I know'

'we need time v, what we had wasn't healthy on both ends' I say with a sad sigh,

'y/n I don't want time, I want it to go back to how it was' tears start to fall from his eyes,

'it wasn't healthy vinnie, you and I both know this' my eyes start to well as I try to hold back my tears,

he shakes his head 'it may not have been healthy but at least I had you' he finally looks me in the eyes making the tears I was trying oh so desperately not to let out fall

I place my hand ontop of his, ' you'll always have me, just because we're not together in this moment doesn't mean you've lost it v' he nods 'I know'

'please come out and say hi to everyone?,' 'jett and everyone have been worried sick about you' he shakes his head again, I let out a small sigh, 'please?'

after alittle more convicing he comes out of his room and finally hangs out with everyone,

I keep my distance, not wanting to get myself in to deep,

'he really loves you' jett says making me look at him,

I chuckle, ' I do too, but you know how it is' he nods 'yeah, but I have hope' he smiles, I smile back while shaking my head

'me too'
